Five Guys in Brooklyn

“My stupid ahh thought the ingredients menu were extras so my sad cheeseburger only had ketchup and onions on top of the default patty and cheese. It said optional on top of the screen when really it should have been something like 'Choose your ingredients'. They didn't question it and still made it but it is what it is

Went back again and actually got a good full cheeseburger. It was very good and the late night shift crew had amazing customer service. They were very welcoming and gave us free cups for a small drink. Never seen that before in a fast food chain.

The fries are very expensive. 6$+ for a small fries is crazy especially for a tourist who has to convert the currency.“

“I stop by here now and then. They do have ample seating.. which is great. I used to go inside and eat inside the establishment.. but i ran into a few sketchy people. Big Kids were running in , grabbing soda cups without paying and draining the soda machines.. and paying customers were left waiting until these 10 big kids were done filling and/or refilling their free soda cups .. multiple times....lol. sometimes there is no soda left... Then people sit eating the free 🥜 peanuts without buying anything else. Which is ok but then there isnt any seating for paying customers. Then i had an employee on break belch right next to me as I ate my burger. Not to be gross.. but i could smell what he just ate. I lost my appetite and didnt funish my burger. I decided right then and there that would the last time I ate INSIDE the establishment. Now.. I go in and do a take out and eat in the car. 😄. The burger is outrageously delicious but the atmosphere could improve and the burping employee could learn some manners.“

“Marvelous milkshake! The Banana milkshake, creamy rich and buttery smooth. It tasted like Banana Pudding, the southern sweet treat. This was my first visit to Five Guys. I didn't try the food but, if it's even half as good as this milkshake....Boy Oh Boy...!!“

“The hospitality we received from literally every staff member on duty exceeded our expectations by far! We even had the please of meeting the owner who took the time to and personally wish our son a happy 5th birthday.

The location is well kept, exceptionally clean. The food was great! They totally deserve Five Star!“

“The staff at this location so nice and pleasant. They never have an attitude and made sure my order was made just the way I like it.

There must be some new management here because in the past, the staff was not this friendly so good job Five Guys🥳.“
