Chain of American restaurants aspirating to serve good food and create pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Steak was prepared just as we wanted. Drinks were strong enough and nicely served. The booth is comfortable for siting, so you can relax after a longer walk in Manhattan.
Since January 2024 I’ve came here on and off . I’m a big fan of Applebee’s and this one’s okay but gray in some areas. Food and drinks ? taste fresh , served in a decent amount of time. Atmosphere is clean inside and out including the restroom. However, the waitresses and other staff members seemed distracted on there phone’s giving an impression that we are bothering them. Really enjoyed our last day in NYC and Applebee's provided excellent food. They did not have too many beers on tap but what was on was spot on. Only problem was the table behind us stunk of CBD very off putting ?. This to me is a massive issue in the city as very where you go you smell it. Not Applebee's fault but worth mentioning.
