“Everything went well the recommendation was really good gave me the squash soup thought it was going to be gross but it was spot on. I will say don't get the blood orange charge NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. The flavor is just trash I love you guys but take that flavor out the other ones are good.“
“Review is not about the food or drink which was ok and what you would expect from such an establishment. What prompted me to write this is the ordering to collection system they have in place. Amazing integration of tech that enables them to serve many customers very efficiently. Straight froward ordering systems on tablets inside store or from their app. Clear displays informing you on order progress. Overall a perfect example of how tech done in the right way can contribute to having a superb customer experience. Well done to whoever designed this for them.“
“Sip club member. I almost never get any food from Panera just drinks. This location and most City locations are now smaller to go set up, where previously you can have unlimited fountain drinks, water , soda etc . I'm a fan of their charger lemonades and green tea, which is why I have the sip club membership. My pet peeve is overloaded ice drinks. Who wants a large cup of ice with a drink? No one. And you have to specify in instructions for lite ice. They don't always catch it either.“
“To me, Panera is elevated hospital food. However, you cannot go wrong with the broccoli cheddar soup. It was as I remember it, although a tad bit more watery. The bread that comes with it is clutch and between the soup and bread you will definitely satisfied. I also got the passion papaya green iced tea, which has a nice subtle flavor and is not overly sweet. It was nice and refreshing. As far as the location, it was clean and the customer service was great. If I ever need a quick, safe food option I know Panera will hold it down.“
