“Everyone in this store is like family; they are social and caring. I paused my Sips Cup for two months due to needing to be away, and the app is giving me issues rejoining. I called corporate, and honestly, they seemed not to care at all. I went back to this store, and Jasmine tried on the system locally and then called and advocated for me. I never felt so valued. She is amazing, and please give her a raise. We need more people like her. She made sure I got my coffee and corporate actually does their job and helps me in a timely manner.“

This location doesn't have a ton of seating. There are some bar stools along the window and maybe a couple of tables and chairs in the back. Don't plan to meet here with a group.“

“Found a great spot to duck out of the cold. The coffee was fresh, and the soup was served piping hot—exactly what I needed for a freezing day in the city.
The place was surprisingly clean and well-stocked for being right in the middle of Manhattan. I grabbed a seat at the window bar, which was perfect for eating while watching the chaos on 6th Avenue. Fast service and a solid vibe.“

“This Panera Bread is located in the main lobby of NYP Weill Cornell hospital located on 68th st east of York. Go thru security and Panera is located on the left. No seating here, just take out. Order on the kiosks or from the cashier. Service is pretty quick. Food was good. Coffee was good.
My wife has been in the hospital here for 5 weeks so I visit Panera at least 2-3 times a day.
I have tried several wraps and the Asiago breakfast sandwich which was very good. By now I have tried most of the sandwiches except the high sodium items.“

“I really appreciate the Panera Bread at the Union Square location. I always come in for my morning coffee and sometimes for lunch as well. The staff is always fast, accurate, and very kind, even during the busy lunch rush when they seem incredibly overworked. I’ve had bad experiences at another Panera location in LIC, so the difference here really stands out. Even though I usually just do pickup orders, the small interactions I’ve had with the employees make me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Thank you to the team for always being so welcoming and hardworking.“
