“5 stars for this Panera Bread location in Paramus! One of the things I loved most is the self-service station for the teas and lemonades. It’s such a convenient and customer-friendly idea, and I honestly think this is the only location I’ve seen doing it this way since the rest they have been taking them off that’s why I don’t go to those ones anymore.
Everything was clean, organized, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
Bravo to the team for creating such a great experience and paying attention to the little details that make a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
“The Panera staff, especially Vilma and Sam, we're exceptional with their customer service to my Wife and 3 kids. I had to work here remotely for a few hours and they took our order with care, checked on us frequently, and wished every customer a good day on their way out. They definitely go above and beyond!
The cinnamon crunch bagel, broccoli and cheddar soup, and BBQ chicken sandwich are must tries!“
