“Chris was our waiter today. We came in with my wife’s 100 year old grandfather and 99 year old Grandmother on her birthday. They are from Shanghai. Chris immediately knew to bring kids waters, 2 hot waters for the grandparents and 2 regular waters for myself and my wife. Service was fast and accurate. The food soup base was perfect and the food was very fresh with great portions. The ice cream for grandma’s 99th birthday was a great touch. We look forward to coming back again.“

Let's see.I was walking around looking for a place to eat and saw this deli , mind you that when you see a line outside a deli and customers willing wait in the cold for food , you know the food is going to be off the hook ! “Came here on NYE for a delicious dinner with my wife. The waiter recommended the picanha. It was delicious. We had some apps and a salad too. It was all terrific. We brought our own wine. They even gave us a dessert on the house. My wife is Dominican, so she was speak Spanish with the staff and other customers. Very inviting and friendly place. Will definitely return. “I absolutely love this place. The Pho here is seriously the best pho I’ve ever had. It’s extremely flavorful, the noodles always come out perfectly soft and the meat perfectly cooked. They have sauces at the table available like Sriracha , Hoisin Sauce and a Homemade Chili sauce. Their spring rolls are very refreshing and pairs deliciously with their peanut sauce. Their fried spring rolls are also super amazing, always come out hot and delicious which also pair nicely with the fish sauce they serve it with. Their Jasmine Boba Tea is to dieeee for, as well as their Avocado Shakes. I also recommend the bowl that comes with BBQ Pork, salad and Vermicelli noodles. The service is always quick and their servers are super kind. I believe the older couple who is always there are the owners and they are absolute sweethearts. I genuinely love coming here, I visit the place at least once a week on weekends. Check this place out and you won’t regret it!“

“I have not found many Chinese restaurants beyond Chinatown that's considered close to being called good until I tried this one. I only ever ordered delivery because my brother is living at a Senior Rehabilitation center on W190 st. I was surprised to find the Chicken and Broccoli not drenched in oil or overcooked! It's not salty or full of MSG like other typical Take outs. Everything I ordered showed a true experienced cook. No lumpy gelatinous "gravy" although I always make it a point to ask for little gravy and they actually followed my request! I don't ever judge a Chinese restaurant by its decor. Some of the BEST ethnic foods I've had, we less than inviting. I get why they do not bother w the "atmosphere" but focused on good food. I get that it would be nice to be able to enjoy going there if you are a long time patron but I used to love a place called Peking Duck in Chinatown until they moved to a new space and changed to an upscale look and soon the food was not at all the same. Perhaps the chef left but I still missed the dishes they used to make to perfection. So don't fix what's not broken. If this is the only Chinese restaurant near you count your lucky stars bc they do authentic Chinese cooking.“

Price is still amazing for lunch deals around $8~$12, portions are generous, and ultimately foods are great.
It’s been more than 10 years but I’ll still come to Tenafly just for Good Taste general chicken tsp combo.

“I was in the area with my daughter and we found Green Chop’s. We decided to try it because it looked delicious and healthy. My daughter (6) ordered the chicken noodle soup and she loved it, ate the whole thing! And I got the House Special salad, super delicious packed with veggies, chicken and a very good dressing. We were so glad we waited because the food was fantastic. It was by far one of my favorite Turkish restaurants in NJ. The service here is great. They are very attentive and the food comes out pretty quickly. The seating is a little tight but not uncomfortable. We didn't know they had a parking lot the first time but the next time we came, parking is right next to it which was convenient. Definitely recommend coming to eat here. Stop by in the afternoon on a weekday or weekend when its less crowded. You won't be disappointed.“
