The Panera staff, especially Vilma and Sam, we're exceptional with their customer service to my Wife and 3 kids. I had to work here remotely for a few hours and they took our order with care, checked on us frequently, and wished every customer a good day on their way out. They definitely go above and beyond!
The cinnamon crunch bagel, broccoli and cheddar soup, and BBQ chicken sandwich are must tries!
