This is a solid Panera Bread location for getting lunch during the work week. It's located inside the Paramus Park Mall near one of the mall entrances. This PB is good with Rapid Order through the app. Customer service from the staffers inside is consistent and I've never had a problem with an order (and they are nice). It can get busy during the lunch and getting a table can be tough on some days. Overall, this is a good eatery option at PPM.

The manager Ron is very pleasant and greets customers as they walk in. He makes sure there’s always coffee and cream available for customers. He kept the tables clean all the time and try not to make customers wait too long. He shows passion in his job and it’s one of the best Panera branch I ever in. I have good experience in here.

This location is located inside Paramus Park Mall. It's right near an entrance so it's easy to access if you do not want to walk around the entire mall.The food was good, regular Panera quality and the place was clean. Which I should point out was good since we went inside at the end of the day.My friend and I enjoyed a meal and chatted for awhile. I'd definitely stop by this location in the future as the food and service were both okay.

Closest place to go from work to pick up food and every pick up order is wrong. From something as simple to put the dressing on the side. My salad is swimming in dressing when I get it. No request is ever followed. I will be taking my business somewhere else for lunch.

I happened to be in Paramus Park tonight running an errand and thought I would stop and grab a bowl of the delicious broccoli cheddar soup,. I took it to go and headed home to have my soup and bread. I was horrified that my bowl of soup which has never, ever been bad, was watery and pretty gross. It seemed as if someone had added too much water and it was inedible. I did eat the large chunks of broccoli since it was too late to order another meal from somewhere else, but it didn't not redeem the watery swill that I paid $10.00 to throw out.

This use to be my favorite Paneras however after today’s experience I will no longer be back to this location and I will also spread the word for others not to visit this location as well. First of all we get there to order and all tables were disgusting, second this location is filled with young workers who don’t wear hair nets yet have hair down their backs. We go up to pick up our food and while heading to sit and eat we noticed a long black hair on the sandwich of one of the guys there who handed us our sandwiches.We were so disgusted and upset my bf went to request a refund because at this point we just wanted to leave to eat somewhere else. The refund should have been given to us right there on the spot for our inconvenience as paying customers. We were told by the manager the refund wouldn’t process until 3-5 business days yet it didn’t take that long for it to come out of my account! Ridiculous!!! A refund should have been given up front for the whole order for the inconvenience they caused us! We will be contacting corporate because everyone should be wearing hairnets when working around food Bottomline!!!! Shame on you Panera in Paramus Park Mall!!!!
I picked wrong addresss, i called them wanted to cancel my order, unfortunately they did not pick up the phone. But like 1 minutes later they called me back and proved my request. Refund very fast. Good service!

They need to figure out how to more easily provide cups now that they don't leave them out anymore. The system is always buggy...and the worker has to pick between trusting me and waiting for the order to come thru.Also, this location is the only Panera I go to (like 5 others in area) that doesn't offer almond milk or cinnamon . I'm pretty sure that it's only because the table is too small for it.The nicer Paneras all also offer stevia.
