“Brittany, our saving grace in this location, where do we begin? A-Tier service from her every time, with empathy great enough to calm a storm, whilst also delivering prompt and supportive suggestions in times of need!
The only Panera in Brooklyn (at the time of this review) and it has certainly faced highs and lows over its runtime, but the highs are always VERY high when I speak with Brittany. She is truly the best you can hope for, and an increase for her is long overdue!

“I’ve visited many Panera Bread Franchise however, both I’ve visited Ash, who managed those in particular, had and continues to have, Superior Customer service. Mom likes her bread toasted with broccoli cheddar soup. She always accommodates!!! The little things always make the difference. You’re a good soul Ash. Blessings.
