First and last time trying panera bread. I asked for MO to Tomato’s and they added tomato’s. Simply READ. Good thing I wasn’t allergic because it would’ve been a waste of money. They soup came from a bag and the stale, non wrapped bread that was probably touched with their hands and then placed into the bag.This can be made at home and taste way better
1/7/2024I was there around 8:30pm. Closing team was so professional, respectful, nice, caring! so many words I want to use I am just in awe ! My first time here & I will be coming back.Bakery goods were warm and soft and so goodThank you so so much for welcoming me even though it was close to closing hours.My babygirl & I appreciate you guys so so much!!! What a beautiful start to my new year

I love Panera and coming here as a quick snack or something to eat especially since it’s right by my house. But the one thing I absolutely HATE about this location is the fact that there’s always only one person at the register when there could be a total of 3 -4 people. The line would be all the way to the door and only one person is always at the register. This is so inconvenient, unacceptable and unprofessional.
