Panera Bread Reviews
I love how you can sit there and hang out there for a while. The location is great. Where I usually only get the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl, I recently went out on a limb and tried the Strawberry and Poppyseed Chicken Salad. I was grateful to be able to replace the pecans with almonds since I'm allergic to pecans. They have a wide variety of dressings. The staff was that helpful. The salad was delicious. Oh and their green tea is always delicious.
There was no organization in place. Front didn't know what the back was doing. They left out my onion soup.
They opened at 8am, went at 9am was not busy. The things I wanted to order was unavailable like broccoli soup. The restroom was dirty, the dining floor was stick, the tables were sticky. The carpeted area was not vacuum.

Panera Bread offers good food and service, making it a suitable place for a quick snack or meal. The casual space is located in a shopping center and features a big dining room, which is a plus for many customers. However, it can sometimes be a bit dirty due to high traffic. The long lines caused by only one open register and the staff's unprofessional behavior can lead to delays in service. Many customers enjoy the soup & sandwich combo and love the Panera Bread sandwiches, like the Turkey sandwich sub with cheese. Despite some mixed experiences, including cold food and missing ingredients in orders, it remains a convenient spot for a bite to eat, with inexpensive options depending on what is ordered.
