Super unorganized. Very slow. I had ate Mt food and was still waiting an extra 15 min. for my milkshake. Employees were rude, one lady kindly asked for her money back that she just handed to them and they told het to go online to get a refund???. Never heard of that. I will not be returning
Very nice place to go by yourself or with your family. Very clean and friendly staff. Management is always on sight, willing to help customers and over seeing their staff. It'a a very nice area in Gateway Mall and always enjoy when I go with the family .Parking: PlentyKid-friendliness: Eat in or eat out. Service was great! Several staff came around and made sure everyone was doing okay. Other reviewers said it was overpriced but compared to other burgers in the area it’s definitely reasonable.
