This review is about the panera near the first avenue entrance. The Guy who works there during the week in the morning is miserable and has a serious attitude period II don't know if hes just a miserable person or if hes just really unhappy that he works for panera period if you greet him, he will act like he never heard you. The employee JASMINE was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for help and The manager didn’t pull her to the side to tell her about her customer service skills. She completely ignored me and refused to at least apologize. The manager did help me with my order but I’m completely flabbergasted by this experience. Especially in a hospital.

We ordered catering from them and the order came from Panera at 28th and second. I confirmed 2 days ahead and was told all was fine and the day before called and was told that my order was transferred (to 28 st.) The order came late and incomplete. That is forgivable but the staff argued that the order was complete and was very rude when we called trying to fix the problem. Finally an hour later the remainder of the order came.
