This should be flagged as a stand, not as a full location. You can't get most of the drinks that are available at regular locations.

We ordered catering from them and the order came from Panera at 28th and second. I confirmed 2 days ahead and was told all was fine and the day before called and was told that my order was transferred (to 28 st.) The order came late and incomplete. That is forgivable but the staff argued that the order was complete and was very rude when we called trying to fix the problem. Finally an hour later the remainder of the order came. No one we spoke to wanted to give their names. The order was not inexpensive and the service was a huge disappointment! I won’t use that location in the future!

I think they shut down permanently. Don't waste your time coming here. Came 1pm on a Saturday

This review is about the panera near the first avenue entrance. The Guy who works there during the week in the morning is miserable and has a serious attitude period II don't know if hes just a miserable person or if hes just really unhappy that he works for panera period if you greet him, he will act like he never heard you. He will hand you your order never crack a smile will not say thank you and will not reply to you if you say thank you to him. He should really go and find a job where he does not have to interact with any people.I have stopped coming to this location, unless I have no other option, all because of this miserable guy and his bad nasty attitude.

The employee JASMINE was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for help and The manager didn’t pull her to the side to tell her about her customer service skills. She completely ignored me and refused to at least apologize. The manager did help me with my order but I’m completely flabbergasted by this experience. Especially in a hospital.

they need to train their employees to make coffee properly. they make excellent coffee when done right most times its terrible and un drinkable. also had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel which makes no sense...

This place gets an F for service. Never in my life have I seen such lagging and underperforming staff at an eating establishment. In specific the behind the counter staff who very extremely slow. They show no effort to work together and often times stand there and talk amongst themselves with little regards to the dozen customers that are waiting to check out. Do yourself a favor and order online for pickup, or else be ready to wait.

Awful. Just freaking awful. Stale bread, poor service, no bathroom, nowhere to sit down and eat. Terrible.

Currently, their service has been lacking. The employees are not on top of it on having coffee ready in the containers for self serving. They have their technical system broken where I will have to wait in line for just my cup of coffee under Rapid Pick Up service. The employees' attitude and service varies. Sometimes their are not helpful and only a few of them are. When they opened this Panera in the hospital, it was smooth running but slowly it's becoming a disaster, which is not great from us hospital employees.

won't take a drive through order if you have a noisy child in the car.

It's a waste to have this restaurant here, all the pastries are dry, hard and/or stale. They only offer coffee, bag tea or non sweeten ice tea. So all their special drinks are non exsistant here, including their chai lattes or caffeine fruit drink

I always loved Panera because the food and the kind attention but today I had a really bad experience with one of its employees.I ordered and after a few minutes I received a text saying that my order was ready so I went to the counter to ask this guy. I showed him my phone and I explained to him that I wanted to pick up my order. He was very rude since the first moment, saying “the text can say that it’s ready but if it’s not here is because is not ready”.I kept waiting for 5’ more but I saw people, that ordered after me, receiving their stuff so I went again to the counter and I checked by myself the names in the bags that were ready and this guy told me again “ma’am the app can say that’s ready but we don’t work with the app, if your order is not here is because we are working on that” so I replied that I even couldn’t see my name in the board where they indicate which orders are being preparing and he said “you’re waiting for 5’ and you’re complaining!”I was very frustrated and I told him that I want to talk with his supervisor and he replied that there was not a supervisor and he was trying to help me. I insisted because I know they should have to put someone on charge but he denied and he asked me why I want to talk with someone else, so I told him that he was being rude and he, ignoring me, just told a girl “could you serve this lady?” and when she read my order she noticed that she had my order all this time in the counter. This guy never apologized to me, he just went away when I told him “did you see that? If you really wanted to help me, you just had to ask…”The only good thing was that when I was going out, the supervisor appeared and apologized to me, but that doesn’t change the bad experience that my elderly dad and I had.

I work in this hospital and 7am-8am is prime time for coffee. There’s been so many times where all the canisters are empty and the Panera employees are absolutely oblivious. It’s a tiny space so crowding becomes an issue when everyone is just standing there holding empty cups. Please fix the workflow and employee attitudes.
