“I have to shout out this location. My order was sent to a far away Jimmy John because I ordered through Uber Eats and their app sucks. Not only did this location just make my order and give it to me with no fuss, they honored the buy one, get one deal the other location was offering.

This is how you get repeat customers. Despite being a chain, they treated me like a human and I think we need to celebrate that as much as possible when it happens. Thank you! I wish I had gotten the name of the manager that did this for me but I am grateful. It’s just lunch but…little things add up.“

Gotta love Jimmy Johns. They make sandwiches so good and so fast that I don’t CARE how many exotic animals the owner shoots. These things are great!

The cool thing about this location is that they share it with Dunkin. I am glad brands can collaborate like this. They say that if all businesses collaborate, we would have a better world.
