Great food and great service but no AC. Poor staffs sweating bullets. AC 1⭐
This is my favorite restaurant in the West Village. The hosting / wait staff are insanely nice, accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. The chef is an actual artist who has a unique knowledge of exotic flavors that mesh perfectly into well known dishes. The kitchen is open air and you can see the dedication that goes into prepping and cooking your meal. My second time at Justine’s, and it continues to impress. I love their creative menu, which changes with the seasons and puts a real emphasis on fresh ingredients. This time I started with a lovely tamarind crudo before moving on to a wonderfully tender chicken served with morels and wilted ramps.
