“Pretty accurate food! Saying this as someone who has lived in Taiwan for 6 months. The beef noodles were very yummy, and a must order. The beef was extremely tender, and fell off the chopsticks when my friend tried to pick it up.
The chicken cutlet fried rice can be passed.
The decorations were cute, did not feel like Taiwan, but I like the Taiwanese references. A little shocked at how non Taiwanese the staff looks, but they were all very nice.
Overall, food was solid, but the prices definitely NYC prices.“

“Used to frequent here before the renovation and I honestly love what they've done with the place. Very kid friendly (they had a table of board games played out), many picky eater options, a bar for adults, and tons of various styles of seating! My son and I love it here.“

“Servers were very attentive and friendly. The octopus appetizer was tender and flavorful. Husband e joyed burger though fries could have been crispier. The bronzino was very good with plenty of vegetables, which was a variety of many perfectly cooked. Prices were very reasonable for NYC. Would certainly return!“

“I got to try some unique global flavors at this fair: NOLA crawfish sandwich from Parish Po'Boys and a Raclette melt baguette sandwich from Raclette Street. Both costed about $20 so keep that in mind if you are used to the lower prices at Queen’s Night Market.“

“I eat @ Wonder (Hudson Sq. location) about 2 times a week. Food is amazing (Tejas, Limesalt and Streetbird are my go-to's) and always on time. Staff are helpful and polite. The Top 40 music they play from the 90's into current is a highlight as well.“

“Malaysia Beef Jerky is a hidden gem in “Chinatown” NYC. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. They have no problem at all letting you try samples. I’d 100% shop with them again in person and online. I give this place an A+!!!“

“This place is amazing! As soon as you enter, there are so many different Asian places to order from, with so much variety. I ended up going with a stand called Bei Fang and ordered the stir-fried noodles with beef (I asked for extra spice). I also went to the dim sum stand and ordered some custard buns, and might I say, both dishes did not disappoint.
The noodles had a good amount of spice, and the beef was nice and tender, not chewy at all. The custard buns were warm and fluffy with a creamy filling, and they weren’t too sweet, which I really liked.
The only downside was that it was really hot inside while I was eating, which made it a little uncomfortable. However, I did go on the hottest day of the year, so I understand that probably played a role.
Despite that though, I will definitely be coming back to try more of the different food options they have!“

“My job brought in Chef Samir's truck to cater a staff field day this month, and when I tell you it's the BEST lamb over couscous bowl I've ever had, please understand I mean that with my heart. Whole quartered tagine vegetables, squash and zucchini and carrots and potatoes; everything was so flavorful and the couscous perfect. The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly even while slinging food to hundreds of people. This is not your average street cart halal with a little lettuce and tomato on the side.“

“Market 57 is a bright and inviting spot with a casual, welcoming atmosphere. The menu features fresh, flavorful dishes that are thoughtfully prepared and satisfying, from healthy bowls to hearty options. Drinks and accompaniments are well-chosen and complement the food nicely. Staff are friendly, attentive, and make the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a reliable spot for a quick, tasty meal or a relaxed bite, and I’ll definitely be returning.“

“What a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was smooth, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole place felt well organized. The prices were fair, and the quality was better than expected. I left very happy with my visit and truly appreciated the care and effort from the team. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family.“
“I walked down third Avenue today and decided to check out this atrium. The entrance is on 50th street. Inside it is multi level and seats on each area. Down to the left, there is a wall of water which creates a nice calming sound for people sitting around. There are a couple of food stalls, a barber shop, a shoe repair shop and several empty store fronts. Gyu Kaku, a Japanese BBQ restaurant on the second floor. It’s a very nice space but it needs more retail activity.“

“I normally live this place. Whenever im in the area, I go here. Yesterday while there a ceiling fan fell on an customer. Not one employee went to check, they just continued as nothing happened. The seating and decor could be upgraded, heck it's in time square...“
“I came in to try a few slices upon seeing it had a 5-Star review. I would return here and eat again but it wouldn't be my first choice in the area. Assessment:
Food quality: This is always subjective person-to-person. For my palette, neither the Pepperoni nor Cheese slices were great, they were good at best. It seemed like the ratio of ingredients was off with too much bread compared to cheese, sauce, and toppings. The sauce seemed both too sweet and acidic, almost tasting manufactured instead of fresh. The cheese didn't have good flavor.
Location/atmosphere - Great! conveniently located in Vanderbilt Market (location on Google Maps is currently incorrect as of Nov 14th 2024), at lunchtime the restaurant was lively and is convenient to access from many subways. Their section within the market looked clean and tidy.
Customer service / workers: Great!“
