“I came today waited about 25 minutes and had no issue waiting. I’ve been coming to this KFC since I was a little girl. My grandpa used to bring me here all the time as a child for lunch. This KFC is a staple in Harlem and the workers are quick and efficient, hard-working. The food was delicious.“
“I was not satisfied with the food, chicken pot pie. It tasted really dry. I also noticed, there was large rodents in their parking area where one was close to the door. I reported it to the manager and was told, they are not responsible for the outside, only the inside. And, the outside lights were turned off. This happened about 2 weeks ago, and during the Spring/Summer of 2025. Why can't they do something about it!“
“The location is a very busy spot and the restaurant has a small kitchen. Please be patient with the staff. If you order on the KFC app, door dash, uber eats or in person YOU WILL BE WAITING. This place is very busy. With that being said your food will be hot and fresh.“
“This spot offers great tasting food and the staff is super friendly and down to earth, why I find it such a shame they must work in such extremely hot environment. It appears the cooling system is shot and have resorted to opening the doors just to try ventilating themselves. This brutal work environment is unacceptable. The company should take better care of their employees who must work under these suffocating conditions to further propell their business. Lets not leave their customers who also must deal with it as well.“

“I just visited here twice within 2 weeks. There was a woman who took my order that was one of the kindest people I've ever encountered. I wish I looked at her name tag, if they wear them. Then the next visit. There was a different employee taking orders. She was nice as well. A customer was so rude to her because he couldn't understand her. I ordered and stepped back near the entrance and I could hear and understand what she was saying. The customers here make this place horrible!!!“
