“I frequent the drive-thru and have never experienced any real problems. If they happen to be out of an item in your order, they let you know promptly. If your chicken requires more cooktime, they tell you how long and you can choose to pay and wait or come back later. The turnover is pretty high, so the chicken is always fresh, hot and tasty.“
