Something needs to be done with the orientation of the drive through. Maybe entry and exit directions reversed, that way the car queue can be from the less busy side of the area.I understand it's new york with less land mass, but a good operational process analysis and improvement can help. It's what I do for a living so maybe that's why it struck a cord with me. To me kfc has some of the best chicken tenders in the game. I like mine with the honey mustard or sweet and sour sauce. There French fries are on point , they have to be some of my favorite fries in the game.Iam fan of kfc biscuits as well, nice soft and warm biscuits go really good with a spicy chicken breast, or some chicken tenders.
