“I walked into KFC on Richards Ave in Norwalk, CT and found Nerlyny and Alejandro. They attended to my order, and worked as a fantastic team. By the time Nerlyny was handing me my change, Alejandro already had my order in the bag and handed it to me. Incredible service, and both with warm smiles. On this dreary rainy day, it was nice to come in for a quick take out with exceptional service. I am sure the manager is very proud of the these two!! Oh! and the chicken was delicious!!“
