The 2 piece spicy breast and wing were good! I ordered pickup and barely had to wait to receive my order. I’d come back here if I needed some quick fried chicken.“

“I used the drive thru; therefore, I can not comment on the atmosphere. Drive thru was empty, but I had to wait for my order to be cooked. The server was very pleasant and smiled when taking payment and handing me the order. I gave KF 4 stars because my order was missing items, and I didn't realize it until I got home.“
“They had a full staff, and for some reason, they were all in the back. Instead of coming up front and someone taking an order, the manager even walked by me as if he didn't see me . He also didn't tell anyone to come up front and take my order . The food was good and fresh. I just wish they attitude could match the food .“
“My review base on delivery order so one in a while I crave for fast food. Big set arrived very quickly, and I got everything. I know they probably use old oil and chicken is kind of oily. I wish they have more option of flavors than just a plain fried chicken. The difference flavors will make the chicken more interesting. I think it was long time ago they had spicy option, but I didn't see it anymore. My favorite of all food I got was actually mashed potato with gravy and coleslaw.“
“I had the tender's bucket for $11.99. A little annoyed it was not just $12. Spend $12 to get a free chicken sandwich. I had to add more chicken just to get free chicken, all because of a penny. the one biscuit from the bucket was hard and tasteless. They did not put pickles on my chicken little. Website kept giving an error when trying to get the Nashville hot wings, which I would have rather had the wings than the chicken little. Overall decent lunch.“
“The staff is amazing and they handle rude costumers with the best that they can. They provide great service and each employee deserves a raise because after all this is Brownsville Brooklyn and they are working in the middle of a war zone. Props to KFC.“
“I ordered take out from Taco Bell and the staff was courtesy. It was not a long wait and the food was delicious. I love the Crunch Wraps.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground level and there are no stairs between the order station and the tables.“
“This KFC store is well located, with convenient parking area (which is a plus in this area) and a very good wide restaurant area, so, Food good, service good and the one missing stars in atmosphere is just because..... felt like... forgotten..? like not appealing, sad boring? anyway I just decided to eat my meal inside my car in the parking lot ?“
“Didn't catch the name of the worker but she opened the restaurant today, I'll probably see her next time and update the review. Extremely friendly.I had placed an order scheduled ahead but for whatever reason it showed them as cancelled and showed it to me on the display. Trying to figure it with a dying phone but managed to reorder and she confirmed as it went through.She was helpful and professional all and all.Food was prepared quickly and spicy sandwich was good.I'd say the fries are improved (although not potato wedges) compared to what I had in the past at other KFCs.Store is clean and presentable.For now full marks from me for good friendly staff. :)“

What's bothersome is the homeless and drug addicted are always out front kindly opening doors for customers.upon entry and exit. The soliciting is can be annoying and at night scsry.“
