Beware! On Friday 09/17/21 I placed a delivery order and the app finalized it before the order was completed. When I was texted the confirmation it was for 2 chicken sandwiches for a total with various charges and a $6.58 tip, a grand total of $25.50 approx. It showed a deliver’s phone # ..and that the order was still “in progress and had not left the store, which I immediately called and spoke with someone and canceled the order. The order was delivered anyway.
I immediately called DoorDash and relayed the above information and received absolutely no satisfaction except for a $10. DoorDash credit. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!
Customer service was nonexistent.
