The workers are pleasant enough - they are on their feet all day, so I get it. Management needs to have someone cleaning the dining area often. The last time I was there. Sticky beverage spills were everywhere. THE WORST PART (and this happens at the KFC on Lenox as well), the executives chose to have the beverage machine out in the dining area. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE THERE'S ONE CASHIER IN PARTICULAR SHE'S VERY RUDE AND SHE'S OBNOXIOUS HER NAME IS NATALIE AND SHE WORK AT 125TH STREET KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN I FEEL LIKE SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR SENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AS LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT WHEN THEY COME INTO ESTABLISHMENT IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD IJZ🤷🏾♀️

KFC is a small restaurant with limited seating, and can get busy during rush hours. The food is delicious, with crispy and tasty Original chicken, and fresh salads. The staff are efficient and fast, keeping the lines moving even when crowded. Some workers are friendly and attentive, especially to regulars with disabilities, while others may seem rushed during busy times. The chicken is absolutely delicious, and the biscuits are done right. The atmosphere is basic but the food makes up for it. Overall, it’s a good place with great chicken and efficient service.
