Wendy's in New York

“It’s my first time at “Wendy’s” and I actually have nothing to complain about. 7$ for the food, that was quite tasty, clean tables downstairs, the order was done properly. The stuff might be not THAT friendly but I came to eat not to be pleased . Excellent price vs quality , I’m satisfied.“

“So I haven’t been here since high school and I tell you the food here comes out hot. The other Wendy’s doesn’t …. I was surprised on how good it was! And they were quick!!! Their system of prepping and preparing, you knew you weren’t going to wait long. The workers are great and show get acknowledged on their performance!“

“Ordered here dozens of times, and the food has always tasted very good. They've got the best bang for your buck (McDonalds even tried to do something similar to Wendy's $4.44/$5 meal deal, where they offered only 3 items in a meal and lesser proportions), and even though it's fast food, it's still a lot healthier than most other fast food options. The place is very big and has a lot of comfortable and clean seating room. I often see employees cleaning, and the meals are done quickly (when you order a biggie meal, it's almost always done within 3 minutes). Would definitely recommend to check it out.

“my go to fast food place near baruch. Service is mid, sometimes you get a nice guy, sometimes they are in such a rush, you don't have their attention fully. Food is pretty consistent, I would say everything is good and the app is awesome. Atmosphere is good, great amount of seats!“

“This is take out only place which means there's no place to sit. I didn't notice that before getting there but it was clearly noted on Google. It was a bummer that it also meant they have no bathroom either since we planned to order something and also needed a bathroom which is hard to come by in the area without having to order something.

The place is tiny so it gets a bit crowded when it's busy. I went on a Friday evening and half the place was full of people waiting.

My order did take a long time, over 20 minutes. But it seemed their system went down for a bit and they were having trouble which put them further behind. But the staff was friendly and clearly trying their best to catch up.

Some of the customers were very rude and the staff kept their cool while rushing around to complete their orders. I really want to acknowledge that. It was obviously not an easy moment and it took a lot of strength not to respond with rudeness right back at them, even as a bystander.

Once things got to manageable level a staff member called out to ask if any orders were still missing (mine was) and immediately checked in. I could see someone already packing it and a few moments later another friendly staff member handed it over and everything was correct.

So yes the order took some extra time but the staff was friendly and working hard to remedy the situation.“
