“My favorite Wendy’s since it’s close to where I reside. I usually have the occasional slip up from w Andy’s where they forget something in my order.Which was my fault for outing that much trust in them. Now to avoid that I just check the bag before I leave. They’re usually quick and the customer service ain’t bad as you’d think. Just let them work and it’ll all be figured out. There may a rare time for me when I’ll have to ask someone where my food is. However no real issues from me.They keep inside pretty clean for the most part unless I’ve just walked in with someone finishing up their meal and leaving it on the table. It never smells funky or moldy which is a good sign they don’t use dirty mop heads. +“

“Went in to purchase an on the go meal.Code for $5 Biggie Bag ?!The experience was the best I’ve encountered from all of the Wendy’s I’ve visited in Brooklyn (I love my city).To my pleasure the management team was present and on deck. They provided a rich and great customer service experience. The female manager whose name I forgot to collect. Was super friendly and fully in command of her team. As she encouraged and championed her staff to remain vigilant and engaged. Graceful with her delivery, not to mention helpful without being demanding!Thank you for a ln excellent customer experience.“
“oh my god, this has got to be the BEST PLACE FOR FAST FOOD ON THE PLANET. the food is made perfectly. and tastes just like heaven. like the grilled chicken wrap, (aka the wendys burrito which is what i like to call it) tastes godly. and for $6.85 for each is worth it, as well as the cheese covered fries. oh my god its amazing. the service is amazing and i %100 recommend going here.“
“Crazy kids everywhere did not spoil the enjoyment of the best Wendy's food I've had in forever. And don't be fooled, it's not the same at all stores. I only eat chili and fries at Wendy's. This chili was the very best I've tasted, thick and rich. Fries were also perfect.Parking: Parking is easy and rarely full.“
“When I need a quick, inexpensive snack, I frequent Wendy's and I get a $4 or $5 biggie bag (includes a tasty beef or chicken patty sandwich, 4 pc chicken nuggets, french fry (which can be upgraded in size for a little more money) and instead of the soda - I get a chocolate frosty (which ever size I need at the time for a little more money). With the last 2 items upgrade, my price isn't more than $7). Always nice & busy staff and clean environment.Kid-friendliness: Have smaller meals & prices for kids (& grown kids too who just want a lite snack).“
“There is always a long wait in this particular Wendy's and for some strange reason whenever I used to order whatever that Spicy Sandwich on the pretzel bun with the jalapeños, I'd order the CHICKEN sandwich and it would always come as a burger. Whether I went in and order or went through a food delivery app.“

It looks much more welcoming compared to before and the decor is updated.Food is standard Wendy's food, it's great but not amazing.The service is on the slower end, if there's a long line or if you go near night time, the wait to get your food is long. We once waited nearly 15 minutes to get a chicken meal and a biggie bag.“
