“We stopped at this wendys location around 1:30am January 22 looking for something to eat but our truck wouldn't fit around the drive thru so I approached the windows on foot and asked the lady and she kindly said yes and took my order.
I commend them and the entire staff for the outstanding treatment and service skills displayed almost towards the end of their shifts.

“This is the best Wendy's in Westchester Square. I have the big classic baconator and it tastes delicious every time. The tables and bathrooms should be kept clean on a regular basis. On this day the bathroom was clean. The dinning area needed organization. It's a very busy restaurant with high schoolers young kids and older adults. My mom likes coming here!“

“Food there is great , Gotta get it when it's hot. I would definitely say you can sit in there and eat but with all the Uber doordash all the food delivery drivers all being in the seating area with their helmets and everything waiting for the next pickup makes it a bit overwhelming when they're having their own little doordash arguments over who's making money in multiple languages. Other than that I would say it's a nice spot to go in grab something to eat real quick and you know go about your business, so just make the best of it“

This place is so busy everytime we go. I thought it was odd to not have anywhere for people who wanted to sit that wanted to dine in. I now get it.

I went for the first time on Monday. I ordered a ten piece spicy nuggets and an apple pecan chicken salad. The place was clean for the most part. They have the touch screen ordering system. The staff was okay. I will say this, check your order before you leave. I was so annoyed when I got home and my pack of pecans was missing from my salad and they gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy.“

“Compared to other Wendy’s in the Bronx, this one has the fastest service. They never get my order wrong and the food is always fresh no matter what time of the day. Only complaint is the station with tissues, lids and straws is always dirty. I still rather come to this Wendy’s location than any other.“

“This review is pacifically for one employee 5 stars JAYVON every time I come to this location he’s goes all out for his customers from working at the drive-through and working inside and coming outside to physically hand over your order to your vehicle cold rainy days and his name is he deserves the next step up. He speaks English, clearly understands a rec customer that comes in and orders to drive-through respectful.

Other than that other employees need to learn a lot from him and they have to work on keeping the store more clean the managers“
