Wendy's in Newark

“I love a Wendy’s!!! This is in a bad location in the airport. Its existence is covered by Dunkin sign, but if you can find it and can find space this Wendy’s will save your life. This airport doesn’t have that much seating for restaurants as they are often combined with the snack stores but this Wendy’s is good if you don’t know what you want and need a guaranteed get.“

“Wendy's in Newark offers the usual quality you expect from the fast food chain. The food meets the standards and taste you would expect from Wendy's.Unfortunately, my visit was characterized by a certain level of uncleanliness. The cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved to ensure a more pleasant dining experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the food remains at the level you would expect from Wendy's.Overall, Wendy's in Newark offers the usual Wendy's quality, although with room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.?? “

“This Wendy's is a hot or miss. Sometimes they get your order right and Sometimes they'll get your order wrong. There is a young lady that was a cashier who just became manager and she is really nice. Lot of the workers don't speak English so they have to translate the order or they would get it wrong. Then some of the young workers have attitudes. I like the one on central Ave. East orange better. I only go here because it's close to home.“

“This location is a tough one for both employees and customers. They use to have security there (good). This location gets a lot of homeless people trying to get in, and a lot of school age kids that can be on a rowdy side. This spot is best to go to BEFORE kids get out of school and/or hours after. The service is good, last time I went they forgot fries, but was quick with recovery and apologetic. The customer service has always been good each time I went and the lobby usually clean. The atmosphere is a 1 because the times I go and there’s no security, there’s homeless people in the lobby. I haven’t been bothered by them, but I’d like to dine in without a whole bunch of random dirty bags of stuff and clothing under the nearby chairs and tables while someone is napping by the fire place while I’m with my young kid and baby. When I order via uber they havnt gotten my order wrong yet. My food has always tasted good too.“

“I came here for lunch with my son and I placed my order with Ms. Merissa and I must say that she was very pleasant and friendly!! It is not everyday that you encounter a nice and friendly staff but, Ms. Merissa needs a raise and I will be back to order more food from this Wendy’s on Chancellor!!!GREAT JOB. WENDY’S #00004913“
