The server I didn't get his name was the most pleasant cashier/server I have ever come across. I had the pretzel burger. Not a fan.
Very good food dude, thats all I gotta say
July 20th 2026; Jose at the front was well spoken, patient, and accommodating to me when taking my order, and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Very good attitude and I left happy. The pinnacle of professionalism.

Wendy's offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly service, especially at the register. Customers appreciate the polite and kind staff who often go out of their way to help, such as giving free coffee when an accident occurs. The restaurant features clean and cozy surroundings with amenities like parking and a fireplace, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The view is nice, and the hot food is delivered quickly, creating a mini food resort feel. However, some guests have found the atmosphere a bit chaotic at times due to the busy flow of Uber, DoorDash, and mobile orders, which can lead to a messy environment with spills and holes in some seats. While most customers enjoy the food and service, there are occasional issues with order accuracy, such as missing items or fries that are not fried enough and lack salt. Despite these small problems, the restaurant maintains a friendly vibe, and staff are often overwhelmed but still polite. The food presentation is generally good, with generous portions of chicken in wraps and customizations like light cheese. Overall, Wendy's remains a welcoming place with a cozy setting and decent food, though the atmosphere can sometimes feel a little chaotic.
