I was honestly shocked by how unsanitary this Papa Johns was. The worker was touching multiple things without gloves, including pizza toppings, chicken, and the ordering screen, and then continuing to handle food. They also dropped the pizza cutter on the floor, picked it up, and put it right back on the counter like nothing happened. The floor in the food preparation area was also absolutely disgusting. they’re terrible honestly. go anywhere else. get Pizza Hut near by or the PJ’s on white plains rd.
Terrible customer service and quality control. Ordered two pizzas from them: both were overcooked and smushed. One pizza was not even cut (not even the first time that's happened either). Tasted like cardboard. Couldn't even eat it. These people are just throwing trash in a box rushing it to your door. When you try to contact the store, nobody answers even after waiting several minutes.
