Ordered delivery and the order came completely opposite and even the wrong meat on the pizza. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager they said they’ll send another one but later I got a call from the brown guy that works there, (I’ve been there and seen him before) that took my order yelling at me and blaming me saying that since I already got the pizza I will not be getting a refund or another pizza even if I return the pizza to them. Never ordering from there again as I have been for years and I don’t mind that they messed up my order but talking to me like it is my fault for his mistake as well as refusing to fix the issue too!

Disgusting food. Worst pizza in NYC. Dirty. I saw the scooter delivery guy grab a handful of either pickles or banana peppers with his bare, dirty hands and place it in the pizza box for delivery. First time tasting Papa John’s and it will be my last. Horrible service. Rude. Who ever rated this place five stars needs to be verified.

Tried their new doritos papadia and it's whatever. The dorito dust on it was meh and the cool ranch sauce didn't taste like that's what it was. Service was really slow,the place inside looked dirty.

The store is fine. This is not about the management but the Papa Johns Website from which I pre-ordered a pizza for WEDNESDAY, but instead got it two days early. I ordered early because I know that Wednesday, the day before break for many of us in school, gets busy. I wanted to give my students in the after school program a treat. INSTEAD it came today when I do not have afterschool. Because I cannot spend $30 twice in one week on my students, my students will not have pizza Wednesday and the pizza I have will have to be thrown out as there is no one to eat it. My students and I are disappointed.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!I order super Hawaii pizza through Uber eats and they forgot to put pineapple in my pizza.I understand that everyone makes mistakes so I just called the store to tell them what happened. But they DID’NT care and were not apologizing and just said that “oh you should just contact Uber eats”. What the hell to do with Uber?I have been ordering here four times and this is the last time. Never come back!!!?

I'm not sure why drivers stopped delivering pizza to customers and started standing outside of homes waiting for customers to pickup the delivery. It really makes the delivery person seem lazy about doing the full job of delivery. It has happened so often with different drivers that's clearly not the individual. Unfortunately them this causes me, and I'm sure others to tip less when ordering and to order less often.
