my go to fast food place near baruch. Service is mid, sometimes you get a nice guy, sometimes they are in such a rush, you don't have their attention fully. Food is pretty consistent, I would say everything is good and the app is awesome. Atmosphere is good, great amount of seats!
I only visited this Wendy’s location once back in March. However, this location has a lot of space to eat compared to most locations as well as a restroom. You will get that huge crowd from time to time so be prepared to stand in line for a while. The only negative and idk if they have fixed it but the kiosk sucks they are extremely cheap and slow and reboots every time you can’t even put it your order and pay for it. Terrible service as you’d expect from a fast food joint in a busy area. Missed items (twice in one order) and the staff showed impatience when being reminded, as if I was being a bother. Ugh.
