My mom is a picky eater and she loves it
On Thursday 07/16/26, I got a not-fully-cooked chicken sandwich (almost close to a raw chicken sandwich) from Wendy's; it was a replacement of a burned-chicken sandwich. I reported the incident to the customer care on the same day. Well.... today is 07/30/26, and it has been two weeks. So far nobody from the management team (or the restaurant) has reached out to me for a follow-up.

Wendy's is a convenient fast food spot near Baruch with mid-level service. The atmosphere is good with plenty of seating. The food is consistent and the app is useful. However, the location can be dirty and sometimes crowded with homeless individuals. While there is ample space to eat and a restroom available, the kiosk for ordering can be slow and unreliable. Despite this issue, sticking to ordering in line ensures a more enjoyable experience at this Wendy's location.
