The first green smoothie I had during my liquid diet confinement was the "Get Yr Green on" from Juice Generation. This was a delightful drink as it was sunny with spinach, kale, pineapple, mint and green apple. The flavor perked me up and made me smile to realize that even green smoothies have oomph.
