I am writing this solely for an amazing woman named Rosie. The Chipotle App isn't great, (god help you if you order a salad there is a 50% or less chance dressing is stocked) but it does provide some benefits. After receiving my pick up order and not finding dressing, I came to this location to ask if there was any possibility of more being created. I literally walked out thinking I gotta rate them! Customer service is great! Very attentive. Good customer service. Busy location and still manage to provide great customer service. I appreciate the staff there. The lil things matter. The guy in the front preparing the to go orders was extremely helpful and attentive. Def coming back

I’m a Service Leader at a Chipotle in Virginia and my store is top tier. So when I judge another store I have an eye for the good and bad. This store on 23rd Street was AMAZING!! The store was super clean (restroom as well), employees were really nice and helpful. The portion sizes were perfect. Last but certainly not least, the food tasted sooooooooooooooo so good!
