I am writing this solely for an amazing woman named Rosie. The Chipotle App isn't great, (god help you if you order a salad there is a 50% or less chance dressing is stocked) but it does provide some benefits. After receiving my pick up order and not finding dressing, I came to this location to ask if there was any possibility of more being created. Rosie being the amazing person she is took a moment to whip up a new batch and for that I cannot thank her more! @Chipotle - recognize this employee!!!! People like this are exactly why I will keep coming back! The food is good, and yes, sometimes you guys run out of things, but when you have people that take the extra step, I appreciate the hell out of that!!

I literally walked out thinking I gotta rate them! Customer service is great! Very attentive. Good customer service. Busy location and still manage to provide great customer service. I appreciate the staff there. The lil things matter. The guy in the front preparing the to go orders was extremely helpful and attentive. Def coming back

The customer service here is great but unfortunately would NOT recommend this location. I had a to go order and when I arrived to pick it up, it was ready. I headed home and once I arrived I found a small hair in my food. I was completely disgusted and threw it in the trash. I will bot be returning.

Horrible Costumer service when it’s rush hour understandable that you may have to wait a while for your turn but 2 to 3 people should not be taking over 30 minutes especially when it’s very few restaurants around and college student only having just a few minute to eat before their next class (they will literally stare at you and ignore you)
