Comodo Reviews
Beautiful, stylish, with a great atmosphere enhanced by a palette of warm colors and shades. The food is delicious, but unfortunately, the service fell a bit short. It’s quite possible it was just a tough day.
We went there for the first time yesterday. Pros: The food was amazing. Loved every bite. I think the Colombian soup was my favorite but honestly everything was delicious. I am a picky eater and I ate everything. The drinks were simply divine. Hats off to the bartender. Just Wow! The server (Borjas) was equally exceptional. Visiting town and had some locals recommend this place. Sooo glad we went. The food was surprising and very delicious! Our group of 8 had a variety of meals (carnita lasagna, achiote chicken, ribeye and poblano pasta). Special mention : the achiote chicken was incredible! We also enjoyed the hand crafted cocktails and server recommendations. The restaurant has an intimate vibe and wasn’t overly packed or too loud. Highly recommend a visit!!
Comodo is a restaurant offering a unique dining experience with a beautiful, stylish atmosphere enhanced by warm colors and shades. Known for its good food and friendly bartenders, it’s a great spot to grab a meal. The menu features a range of dishes, including scallop, pao, lamb sliders, carnita lasagna, achiote chicken, ribeye, picanha steak frites, pasta, and doughnuts for dessert. The pasta is described as excellent, with a perfectly al dente texture and amazing sauce. The steak is good, but not as tender as expected. The fries are crispy and soft, while the doughnuts are incredible. Special mention goes to the achiote chicken, which was noted as incredible by recent visitors. Comodo offers handcrafted cocktails, and the drinks have received high praise. The restaurant also has private dining spaces that can be customized for special occasions. Despite some service hiccups, the food and drinks remain a strong reason to visit.
