“This market offers a variety of delicious prepared food available for immediate consumption. The hot food is priced at around $14.99 / lb, but bottled water was perceived as costly. The spacious underground seating area adds to the convenience of enjoying your meal on-site.“

“Their breakfast buffet is top-notch, and the wait is quick! This place runs like a well-oiled machine, thanks to the super-efficient staff. You can be in and out in under five minutes—perfect for busy mornings!

Lunch can get a bit hectic with the crowds, but the staff’s impressive speed keeps your wait time to pay under five minutes. It’s a lively atmosphere, and you’ll be ready to tackle your day in no time!

One suggestion: it would be even better if they offered sriracha sauce to spice things up!

However, a minor criticism is the pricing; for instance, a small box of sushi costs $7.50 but has jumped to $9. A little adjustment there would make the experience even better!“

“100 Market Place is in the wedge of an intersection. The sign is big and bold, you can not miss it. It drew in our curiosity, my love, and I. It's an area of buffet eats. I have not always been one to go to a buffet because in my experience, the buffet is a mess, or the environment is not clean, so I end up walking out and never return. So, this was the first in many years. The kitchen stations, buffets, buildings, and floors were sparkling. The food was really good. No, I mean really good. I remembered I had some juice after it was gone. We enjoyed what we ate!“

“This has been the best place to find my morning oatmeal while staying in NY. I can customize it with lots of toppings including fresh berries. Cheap too! Aside from that, they have an enormous selection of ready to eat for every meal as well as counters to order hot and cold meals. I usually take my food to the hotel room but there is seating as well.“

Ferris Booth Commons Buffet • $
Alfred Lerner Hall, 2920 Broadway, New York

“Ferris Forever, out of all the dining halls on campus this is a solid choice. Although there are places like Brownies Cafe which serve fantastic sandwiches or the food trucks along Broadway, Ferris is an undergrad staple (esp since you can take food out on the disposable plates and take cups, bananas, and other things on the dl). Staff is always nice; food is good and all you can eat.“
