I ate here in 2019 and 2023. The quality of the food is impressive and there was nothing that wasn't tasty. The ambience when you eat on site is very pleasant and beautifully designed. We recommend!
Came here for lunch while working out of the NYC Amazon office, it's good, but nothing outstanding. It kind of reminds me of the Whole Foods cafeteria / hot bar! I actually prefer doing a true fast casual place (Cava, etc) or just the real Whole Foods hot bar.

Essen is a pick your own deli type of eatery. I've been here several times for lunch and they have a wide variety of food. All very good. I am a regular for breakfast, they have a fantastic assortment and my favorite is the oatmeal bar, they have several different varieties of oatmeal and toppings. My favorite is the oatmeal with coconut milk, brown sugar and cinnamon and fruit. You make it yourself so you can perfect it!
