“Cool spot, not the best cappuccino I've had in my life but it was still enjoyable.

It's nice that they have pastel de nata rather than the generic nyc bakery items though I didn't try it.

The staff were friendly and the cup design is also cool.“

“I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“

“Awesome place but biggest flaw is that they’re not actually open everyday, even if the weather is good. I passed by today at 8pm, weather was perfect and they weren’t there. I wish they had some way of letting people know if they’re not open for whatever reason, even if its just an instagram page of something“

“Customer service is very impressive. Very friendly very accommodative very efficient Almost all staff demonstrate positive attitudes and they seem happy to be there. Very clean. I always wonder who trains the employees since I am a HR Director at a company. “This is only the second time I've gone to a Just Salad and I had such a fantastic experience at this location. So I want to shout out Kevin for his outstanding customer service!

I walked in when there wasn't any line in front of me and Kevin greeted me instantly and asked if I was ready to order or if I needed a little more time. I asked if I could get a market plate with extra rice, and he was incredibly accommodating. He mentioned it was absolutely possible, just noting that the lid might have trouble closing, and thoughtfully offered to put the extra rice on the side as an alternative.

When I asked for a market plate recommendation and mentioned I already tried the Gochujang Chicken, he quickly suggested the Peruvian Chicken market plate as a popular alternative. (He was right, it’s really good!) The main braised chicken happened to be out, so he checked in with me to see if substituting the Gochujang chicken would be okay instead.

I also asked about using my app coupon for some soup. Kevin was so nice to check the soup for me, and although the soup I wanted was out for the day, he let me know that my coupon was still good for up to a month so I wouldn't lose out.

Honestly, Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful from tip to tail of the entire experience. Stellar service like his is exactly why I'll definitely continue coming back here!“

“I had a great first experience here! I had just arrived in New York, was exhausted from traveling, and was looking for something delicious but still somewhat healthy. I ordered the chicken fajitas, and they were absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. They really hit the spot after a long day of travel. Everything tasted fresh. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!“

“Not much space to sit but the bean and cheese burrito is probably the best I’ve ever had. So creamy, cheesy, and decadent. You can see the burritos being made in front of you too. Left some of the burrito for the next day and it tasted even better a day later!“

“It’s hard to find a great pizza place that stays open late since I usually finish work pretty late. I happened to discover this place, and after trying it for the first time, I already know I’ll be coming back!

The owner and the staff were incredibly kind and even went out of their way to make us feel welcome with such thoughtful service. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and fun to talk to.

Most importantly, the pizza was absolutely AMAZING—seriously, so, so, SO delicious. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

“Go here practically every day. Quality ingredients and a great atmosphere.

What really stands out for me though is the staff. Always a friendly greeting from Zhane at the register and Dieenah, Emmy and Chasity are always on point with my order. The wait is never too long even when the lines look crazy.“

“I went last week to TKRC on McDougal in the evening! The two men (I forgot their names but two young non Indian gentlemen who were there between 6-7:30pm) helped me with my large order! They were fantastic!!!! One even suggested the crepe place across the street which was AMAZING! To whoever owns this particular store, those two men were excellent spokespeople for your business, really took care to speak to me with courtesy and friendliness and in no uncertain terms….. were the best! “Edit Oct 2025- used to love this place, but the food quality is so inconsistent that I won’t be back. The pitas were over heated and turned dry, the salads were under seasoned, nothing like it used to be. Went with 2 friends and they were also disappointed. Too bad.

“We had two frijol con queso burritos and took them to a playground a couple blocks away.

I took one bite and was transported to my grandmother’s kitchen. The beans were so close to the flavor and texture of my grandma’s that I actually wept a whole napkin with of tears. I’ve never cried because a food so completely walloped me with a memory. I didn’t know how much I missed this flavor and now I get to have it again.“
