I decided to try this for the first time as a last minute decision. You get exactly what you'd expect here. You get your base choice, protein etc. I kept it simple with romaine, crispy chicken, corn and some French dressing. It was pretty good, can't complain but I do feel I could have gotten a better taste, a better portion and a better price from a nearby deli. The service was quick as you'd expect a place like this. Very poor customer service! My online order was picked up by someone else, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes after notifying staff. Will not come back, after regularly going there.

one sunday, i walked in during the lunch hour and the only two people working - rae (or ray? pardon my spelling) - and another guy were hustling to get the customers in line moving and minimize wait time. they did such a great job but hope that more staff be added even on lazy sundays to avoid employee burnout!
