This was an unreal dinner. My wife took me here for my birthday and the whole experience was outstanding. Highlights were the service, especially the sommelier, the ambiance (watching the chefs was so cool), and the food itself was amazing. My favourite dishes were the wagyu, the rainbow trout, and the scallop. The desert was also sneaky amazing. We did the wine pairing which I highly recommend as there were lots of great wines including some unique picks.
What an experience! Everything was beautifully curated and presented. 10/10.
