A well done steak takes approximately 30 minutes. I had time on my hands so I ordered it medium well and except for the edges, the meat was medium or just over medium.

Without calling it good or bad, one person was missing from our group and they did not want to take our order until that person arrived.

The lemon pie is good, but the pistachio dessert is much better (Paris-Brest À La Pistache)“
