Brasserie Cognac 70th is a great spot with fantastic calamari and cheese puffs. They serve one of the better Manhattans in the city. It's perfect for lunch, dinner, or a drink after work. The food is awesome, making it feel like a second home. Despite one negative experience with a bartender, management was quick to address and resolve the issue. A pre-dinner visit is well worth it.
