“If you have spare time and want to experience the Reserve, it's worth it. The first floor (to go and mobile ordering) was very busy and chaotic as expected. The 2nd floor with the sit down server section was nice. A quiet place to chat, work, or study. They have a full bar. Same kinds of food a regular starbucks offers but slightly elevated. The coffee was good if you like Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend the affogato.“

“It's my first time visiting this location and I like the design of the space when I first walked in. And then I was welcomed by friendly staff, and even got a special treat because they were closing early. I also noticed that the store was pretty clean. Will definitely come to visit again!“

Instead of just assembling my order, he asked me “Are you sure about that?” Oh I’m so glad he stopped me from paying for a really bad-tasting drink. Excellent guy! “This Starbucks is right across from our hotel and down the street from Time Square. It’s very convenient for us to go here especially since the coffee at our hotel was not good. They get pretty busy here at times and it seems like they have a decent system going to get everyone’s order out as quickly as possible. The lady Liz is the life of the party and helps to get things moving.“

“We stopped at this Starbucks on York at 71st after a doctor appointment at HSS around the corner.
It is very spacious and still cozy. Lots of comfortable seating but we still had to wait as it was busy. Got a cappuccino and a double chocolate brownie. Both were really good.
Nice big windows on the streets so very bright. A great place to hang out for a while.
We will definitely go again when at the hospital.“

“Amazing Barista’s. Kadi the woman who took my order is super sweet! I appreciate everyone of them. Lots of seating. I mean a lot of seating. Super quiet at 1pm on a weekday. Great to stop and get some work done. WiFi worked as it should. Bathrooms were sparkling.“

“As a student nearby, my favorite place to hang out after school! Staff is super friendly and positive. I come here every morning and frequently after school. My only complaint as a student is that kids from other schools are commonly disruptive and loud, filming videos, and just causing scenes, which can be distracting at times. “I spent the day walking around the northern part of Roosevelt island looking at the sites.
I took the tram from Manhattan to the Island.
From the tram, I walked up the west side and found Starbucks just a short walk from the tram.
It is on the corner of a building so easy to find. Tables outside and inside. I stopped here twice today. First stop I got an Americano. It was made just right. Later in the day, I stopped in again and had an iced coffee. It was very hot out so this one really hit the spot.
Nice friendly staff and my orders came out quickly.“

There is a Pl seating inside all around the windows. Service counter in the middle.

“Beautiful place, everything is great as always. I just wanted to make a special mention about one of the baristas. This isn’t my first or second time coming here, and every time I come, she’s always there. I don’t know her name, but I believe it might start with a V, and I think she works the night shift. She’s blonde, and beyond being very pretty, she’s incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She’s always smiling, communicates really well, listens carefully, and truly makes the experience even better. Great service overall definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming back.“

“I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around New York, but I really enjoyed my experience today at the 6th Ave location between 39th and 40th St.
Tim was very friendly, welcoming, and had a great smile. He greeted me, asked about my order, and was very attentive. I ordered my usual espresso with cold foam. The drink was made very nicely, and the cup was filled well, which I really appreciated.
It was also a very hot day today, so I went back and asked Tim for some ice water. He greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. It was a small thing, but his kindness and excellent service really stood out to me.
I’ve had the same drink at other Starbucks locations, but today it felt different because of the care Tim put into his service.
The location is also great, right in the heart of Midtown and close to popular attractions like Bryant Park and Times Square. It’s a convenient place to stop for a coffee while exploring New York.

“I went to another Starbucks and they didn’t make my drink correctly. I came to this location for them to remake it. Kim was amazing. She made both my friend and I’s drink over to perfection! She wrote really sweet messages on our cups and made sure we were satisfied before we left. Wonderful experience!“

“just wanted to share a quick note about a really positive experience I had yesterday

Due to system guide error, I accidentally placed my order to a store which is difficult to find. I ended up walking for nearly 40 minutes and spent close to an hour trying to find the store. Eventually, I stopped by another nearby location- this store, where a barista named Elijah helped me.

Elijah was incredibly kind and patient while explaining where the original store was located. When he realized that I had already spent almost an hour trying to find my drink, he went out of his way to help. He spoke with his supervisor and kindly made the drink for me.

His kindness and genuine willingness to help really meant a lot to me. What started out as a frustrating experience turned into a really positive one because of him. Employees like Elijah are a big part of why people enjoy coming to Starbucks.

I’m very grateful for his help and hope that Elijah can be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Employees like Elijah are the reason customers continue to choose Starbucks, and his kindness truly made my day.“

“I spent the day walking around lower Manhattan looking at historical sites. Around lunch , I decided to stop in to this Starbucks for something. It is conveniently located across Pearl Street from the Queens Garden. Entrance is on Pearl. Service counter is just inside to the right. Seating arranged around the windows is limited.
I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and a lemon ice tea. The tea was very nice and not too sweet. The grilled cheese was very tasty but there was very little cheese inside. Needs more cheese.“

“Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in Manhattan. The seating is spread out nicely and not too crowded in the earlier mornings. In my experience with the morning staff, I’ve always been greeted with some of the best early morning energy. There is a bathroom in this Starbucks which, well as any public restroom goes, you get what you get.
But overall this is one of my top picks. The morning staff also work FAST I often order while getting off the train at the station right next to the doors here and my drink is ready by the time I’m walking up the stairs. Little things that make the morning better.
While my experience here is mostly exclusive to the mornings I still recommend this location above the 57th and Lex location which does not have seating for example ☺️“

“Never thought I’d be going to bat for Starbucks, but you never know what a new day will bring.

I frequent this location. Not because I love Starbucks (I honestly don’t), but because the workers here are genuinely so kind and always brighten my day.

Today I was sitting inside on a client call when a man started berating the employees over what seemed to be an item being sold out. My CLIENT could hear him through my headphones. He demanded higher up managers, called the store manager awful, and whenever an employee tried to speak he told them, “Don’t open your mouth.”

Watching the manager, who looked like he could still be in college stand there shell shocked made me feel sick.

I think we can all agree corporations are often run terribly. But who do we think created those systems? The 22 y/o manager behind the counter?? Or the billionaires several tax brackets removed from the situation? We take our anger out on the wrong people way too often.

I stayed out of it because you never know how someone acting like that might react. But after he received gift cards, spoke to another manager on the phone, and STILL kept going, I finally told him he was disrupting the entire store and that the way he was speaking to the workers was alarming.

Suddenly, an indoor voice was discovered! Who knew he had one!

I’m writing this because he seemed determined to escalate the situation once he left, and I want it documented that I watched the entire thing. These employees handled it with more patience and professionalism than most people would have.

Please keep in mind that if you are frustrated or mad at the way a corporation is running, remember the billionaire who created the system is probably not behind the espresso machine. Thanks for coming to my Google review Ted talk. Be kind.“

“I rarely write reviews but I frequent this Starbucks during my morning commute into the office. They are always so busy during this time but they seamlessly & efficiently pump out orders. When I order ahead my drink is almost always waiting for me when I arrive, or very shortly after. It’s honestly impressive, they seem very organized even with the crazy volume at 9am. The staff are always so nice, offering in person greetings as I grab my drink, or writing nice notes right on the cup. The best part, no other location makes my blonde vanilla latte as good as they do. Every single time, it’s the best.“
