“Two floors seating up top very clean. Very organized behind the counter they knew what they were doing and it didn't seem like they were crowded back there. What I mean is that the staff have room to move around to get stuff done. That makes it more pleasant for them and you. There is also plenty of room in the customer portion of the store as well so even if it is a little crowded you're not on top of each other“

“Had no idea starbucks reserve existed, stumbled into this store thinking it was a regular starbucks. I've never felt so fancy ordering a matcha, all staff at this location were friendly and helpful! Thank you for making our first time amazing!“

“I've sat and worked at this Starbucks location a few times over the past few years and it's always a pleasure. I've always managed to find a spot to sit down and relax, with a nice drink of course. “It’s Starbucks; you can’t expect more than what it is. At least the service was excellent. We ordered the pumpkin coffee (or whatever it’s called), and it was a pleasant surprise. There isn't much indoor seating, but we were lucky enough to grab a spot before a large crowd arrived. It was nice and relaxed.“

“I spent the day looking around the west side to the Hudson. On my way home, I stopped at this Starbucks which is on 49th street between 8-9th streets. It overlooks a great open plaza, Urban Plaza at Worldwide Plaza.
There is a Pl seating inside all around the windows. Service counter in the middle.
Service people were very pleasant and efficient. I ordered a Coconut Lemonade Refresher. It was very delicious and really hit the spot on a hot day.“

“The manager here (Vaughn I think) is extremely kind. He opened the store early in the morning, welcomed us, offered us water, heated up the sandwiches, checked on my daughter if she was ok while I was in the washroom, offered another old man who spilled his drink free refills (beyond what’s usually offered), and explained to us how free refills work. Truly a people person with love for what he does.

“I stopped in to this Starbucks cafe recently to have a coffee. It was not too busy during my visit.
My coffee was very good.
The atmosphere of this cafe was a little flat. Seems like something is missing from the feeling I get in a good Starbucks. The staff needs to greet every customer who enters and thank every customer who leaves.“

“I've gone to so many Starbucks stores over the years, but this one stands out to me. The employees are so kind and they work fast. I'm always surprised when they apologize for a drink taking five minutes, while in other stores I rarely get apologies while the drinks take much longer. Overall, great staff!“

“After walking around the Wall Street area and Bowling Green, I used Google Maps to find this Starbucks nearby.
It is located on the corner of a massive office building on Beaver St. a little hard to see as a building overhang covers it.
Inside it is quite large. Lots of seating all around and a long service counter. Very clean restrooms are way in the back behind the service counter.
Staff were very friendly as I expected.
I was a bit hungry so I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a muffin along with my Decaf Americano.
Sandwich was hot and delicious. My coffee was perfect as usual.
Very busy Starbucks due to its location in a business and tourist area.“

“I have lots of love for this place! Always super reliable and they have great hours, which makes it easy for me to get work done over the weekends. I do wish there was more seating available, and was shocked that there is no longer a bathroom open to the public. Would love to see the bathroom reopened!“

“One of the fastest serving Starbucks that I’ve had the pleasure of going to. From the moment I placed my order, my beverage was ready within the time frame from the app and to top it off, the beverage was greatly made. Keep up the fast service. This place gets extremely busy. Great job.“

Bryan, one of the baristas, completely changes the experience. He’s incredibly kind and genuinely lively, but in a way that feels natural and never over-the-top or forced. You can tell he just has that rare ability to lift people up simply by being himself.
And Madi at the register deserves just as much recognition. She is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly makes every interaction feel personal. From the moment you walk in, she sets the tone with kindness and attentiveness that doesn’t go unnoticed.
Being so close to a hospital and several health offices, this location sees a lot of people who may be stressed, tired, or going through difficult moments. That’s what makes their presence even more meaningful, it’s refreshing to encounter people who bring such positive, grounding energy into the space.

“I almost didn’t go because of these dramatic reviews. It’s completely fine, there’s plenty of tables, I visited at 3pm on a Saturday and had no issue finding a seat for two. No, your family of 6 can’t sit down in this restaurant. If you’re travelling solo or in a pair you’re fine.“

It is very spacious and still cozy. Lots of comfortable seating but we still had to wait as it was busy. Got a cappuccino and a double chocolate brownie. Both were really good.
Nice big windows on the streets so very bright. A great place to hang out for a while.

The management is incredible (i believe his name was Amado?). Super friendly, helpful, helped me out with refills as I studied here for 8+ hours to make sure my tea was hot. 10/10 one of my fav places close to work.
Only thing is, only one plug for the whole cafe, so keep that in mind. But its relatively quiet to sit in so you should be fine. Big bathroom.“

“I've been coming to this location before they renovated it and I'm happy to say it's been 3 1/2 years coming to this location. Everyone here pretty much knows my name and my order since I always order the same thing lol. Maria is very quick with drinks and she always makes sure I get adequate amount of vanilla syrup in my latte and if there's a mistake she is the first to fix it. Bre always greets me by my name and a big smile, even though it's so early and I'm tired lol. And then there's the guy in the durag who always makes sure to hand me my bagel w/ cream cheese. “I spent the day walking around lower Manhattan looking at historical sites. Around lunch , I decided to stop in to this Starbucks for something. It is conveniently located across Pearl Street from the Queens Garden. Entrance is on Pearl. Service counter is just inside to the right. Seating arranged around the windows is limited.
I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and a lemon ice tea. The tea was very nice and not too sweet. The grilled cheese was very tasty but there was very little cheese inside. Needs more cheese.“

“just wanted to share a quick note about a really positive experience I had yesterday

Due to system guide error, I accidentally placed my order to a store which is difficult to find. I ended up walking for nearly 40 minutes and spent close to an hour trying to find the store. Eventually, I stopped by another nearby location- this store, where a barista named Elijah helped me.

Elijah was incredibly kind and patient while explaining where the original store was located. When he realized that I had already spent almost an hour trying to find my drink, he went out of his way to help. He spoke with his supervisor and kindly made the drink for me.

His kindness and genuine willingness to help really meant a lot to me. What started out as a frustrating experience turned into a really positive one because of him. Employees like Elijah are a big part of why people enjoy coming to Starbucks.

I’m very grateful for his help and hope that Elijah can be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Employees like Elijah are the reason customers continue to choose Starbucks, and his kindness truly made my day.“
