“I want to publicly praise Jeff (manager I believe) at this location. My wife and I ventured down to this location from our hotel near Times Square. This was only our second time at a Reserve Roastery location. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Jeff and the staff’s hospitality. Along with making sure we knew where to go for the signature reserve drinks, he was so incredibly kind to give us a $20 gift card! I’ve never experienced this kind of service at any Starbucks location. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Jeff and staff!!!“
“We had a date with our couple friends and tried out the Starbucks reserve experience for a change.. we were not disappointed- our barista Clay, made the experience really fun and worth it. It was a treat trying out different coffee blends .“
“My favorite location ever! Quick ordering on the mobile app and Ant especially is amazing! He remembers names and is so polite and efficient and cares about customers- I go to this location mostly and it's because of him. I also loved the sticker on my drink today that said "love your energy." Made my day!“
“The staff have always been really nice and the orders are quick to come out when you order them appropriately. I've seen them have to deal with different types of Karens here, from people not understanding its mainly for pickups (listed on the starbucks app but not google) or just Karens and Kevins being super entitled and privileged. The staff work hard and it seems like they really care, highly recommend this location for a quick pick me up throughout the day.“
“This Starbucks is different in color and different in decoration with different furniture. Outside decoration, color, and design, the theme is different from other Starbucks. Coffee and food are the same in taste and the same look. The location is precious. There were some customers even on the morning of my visit.“
“I work relatively close to this Starbucks and have been on many occasions. Shoutout to the amazing staff who ALWAYS greets you when you walk in the door, and are always in such a good mood despite how busy it may be. Probably my favorite Starbucks in NYC. I usually order on the App beforehand. It’s always ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrive. This team deserves recognition for what they’re doing here!“
“I had a horrible week but I just would like to say THANK YOU so very much to ADRIANNA and MAX the 2 of them were so sweet and helpful not everyone around here has been to nice but these 2 were by far super nice and great employees of Starbucks thank you so much to the both of you.“
“Amazing quality and service! I choose to come here every morning because of their incredible staff. They are personable, welcoming, and warm - it makes my day! The store is always cleanly, my coffee is always great, and their Manager is wonderful.“
“Great experience at this location, there was only one person working and he was friendly, happy and a joy to watch work. It got really busy after he served us and he was a rock... wish I had gotten his name.. 5 stars for great service.... coffee was very good as well...“
“This is my go to for my daily coffee fix , these workers are very friendly very very experienced, welcoming and enjoy their job … I’d go to no other coffee shops except this specific store .. at times I’m running out of breath to catch the last machine before closing time and they are ready to serve my orders… please come to this store for the experience you’ll never forget, I’m Winnie ?“
“This location has a nice calm feel to it . Love the bar set up with stools and natural light hits well in here .Easily accessible entrance for wheelchairs & walkers with a ramp inside . That’s always is nice to see . Lots of room with a long table and kids enjoyed playing Jenga.“
“Nice Starbucks, but gets very crowded (especially over the weekends).I am a total dog person (we have one ourselves), but I was very annoyed by the dogs barking and fighting inside the store while ordering and/or then sitting and enjoying my coffee. The staff are lovely and very kind.Kid-friendliness: Changing station available in the restroomNo highchairs“
“My day starts early and I always pop in for either a strong cup of coffee or a breakfast! This place is lively in the morning, the staff is exceptional and the orders come out quickly which is a plus since people are scrambling to get their caffeine fix and get to the office on time. It's also a great spot to sit eat your breakfast and then start your day if you have time. They have all the usual great coffees, teas and breakfast/bakery items and reasonably priced for starbucks! It's always clean and the staff is very welcoming and energetic! Thank you guys for brightening my morning! see y'all soon.“
“REALLY appreciated the small world I created for myself, in the back, against the wall, no one bothering me. I sit and read, enjoy coffee and food. Totally got lost in my book.I could look up and see people rushing to and from, at 10am, while awaiting a doctor's appointment around the corner. They don't have condiments out. You have to request the amounts of sugar packets and milk. I guess the homeless took advantage.I had to clean my table. I could have asked a worker, but I could just as easily clean myself, because I carry enough sanitizer and was given enough napkins. I didn't mind helping out.I could picture myself sitting there for hours - long after the food and coffee had been digested. However, I just couldn't do that to incoming customers. Very tempting though ?.I'll be sure to include this location when awaiting an appointment.PLEASE TIP! No! I know not one soul that works with/for Starbucks, but about 100 years ago, I worked as a waitress. Times have gotten harder, and the staff were all nice.“
“This is a standard Starbucks store that serves a good variety of drinks, foods, and gift products. My main observation for this store, at 2:45pm, is that there were no customers in the store. So I didn't have to wait. I am sure this is the exception rather than the norm where a ton of people are waiting for coffee. Overall, a good experience here also, this location is close to one of the best shot of the Empire State Building.“
“This Starbucks deserves a solid four-star shout-out for a couple of awesome things, despite needing a touch-up in the cleanliness department. Let’s highlight the good stuff!First off, big kudos to the friendly crew making your caffeine fix a breeze. The servers here bring some genuinely warm vibes, turning your visit into a little coffee catch-up. Plus, if you’re on the run, you’ll appreciate the magic they work to get your drinks out pronto – no waiting around. Now, onto the little hiccup. The cleanliness situation could use a bit of TLC. It’s not a deal-breaker, but sprucing up the space could really amp up the overall experience. In a nutshell, this Starbucks, with its friendly faces and speedy sips, bags a solid four stars. A bit of cleanup charm could easily make it a top-notch spot for your next coffee adventure.“
“Most Starbucks locations in Manhattan are pretty atrocious, but this one I like. I always find a table, and the coffee here is somehow better than in other locations. This one's just better. I also need to thank Mr. Ant, who was very pleasant and generous to me (small acts of kindness and a customer never forgets).“
“The workers here are absolutely phenomenal!! I have never seen such happy positive workers, will be walking an extra few blocks to come here as opposed to the closest starbucks to me from now on. Highest praise to the the guy at register and barista with curly “
“I rotate the starbucks I go to but the service here is the sweetest of them all. I love the staff that works here. I wish I can remember all of their names (name tags are not clear , rarely) but Olga is the best. I believe her name might be Olgavy? But it's definetely the first 4 words Olga, she's always with a smile and staring the day with that good energy is always sweet!Kid-friendliness: Not much to say other than it is like pretty much all of other starbucks hehe and we have hundreds in the city!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's no stairs on here. It's pretty convenient for someone who uses a wheelchair to come visit and get in / be comfy.“
“Whoever made my shaken iced brown sugar oat milk espresso drink today needs a raise and a big kiss on the lips because it is the best thing I’ve tasted in a long time. I will be thinking about this for the rest of the week. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
“I come here almost every morning on the way to work. This location has some of the best sbux staff in the city! Always super sweet and clearly care about customers. I accidentally spilled my drink and the baristas made me another one, no problem. Drinks and food are excellent every time.“
“Came in today it’s a decent size location, great for people watching or catching up on work. It can get crowded between 3p-5pm with students and adults with laptops that linger for a while. Also seems to be a pitstop for the homeless (I have no problem with that, just an observation) the black guy with the glasses, about 5’10-5’11 who says “ I got you” a lot was a great customer service guy“
“I mean I'm addicted and I don't want no help lol. On this day I get my usual Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel because it's always a treat for me. And I get the turkey and presto sandwich which I freaking love. But this day she understood the assignment when I said extra caramel lol. I wanted to give her a hug!!!!. Sometimes I want to say just give me the caramel bottle lol“
“Okay I rarely take the time to leave a Starbucks review (I don't know why this is, maybe I should do it more often), but I had to come here and write a POSITIVE review for the service here. I interacted with FOUR different employees here and they were all so warm, kind and made me feel welcome. Okay, as someone who hasn't lived in NYC very long but has had to adapt to the impersonal ways of this city...it surprised me. I came here in the afternoon on 2/12 around 1 pm on a Monday if you can give these employees some praise! The only feed back I'd give is there are three high top tables and only 3 chairs. If yall could add some more chairs, that would be awesome!“
“Best experience here! The whole staff is amazing and always gets coffee right. When I go to other locations it’s never quite the same honestly. I appreciate everyone’s kindness. Gabriel, Rhett, Mariah, Ashley, Christine, Naj, Fernando all make my visit special. What a great team!“
“Nestled conveniently near Central Park and the subway station, this Starbucks has won my heart. The staff's kindness and warmth make every visit a delight. Special shoutout to Barbee, the cashier extraordinaire, who always goes the extra mile to perfect my order. This Starbucks isn't just a coffee stop, it's a community where I'm valued and my cravings are satisfied. Grateful to have this gem near my place!“
“Chill bibes. No seating but has shared tables available. Quick service. Great shoutout to Eddie(as what i saw on his name tag)we saw his dedication to work and willingly helping out his slower workmate(which is a woman) without any complains just to get the work done even though he also runs the register. He also does not rely on tips to give better service, he even cancels it ??. Accepts credit/debit. No parking. Eddie is the employee to be promoted“
“This is my go to Starbucks since I live nearby, everyone is always so friendly, and my drinks are always made perfectly. One person who stood out was Maria, she was so kind to me today when someone bumped into me right after I got my drink, and it spilled everywhere. she happily remade another, definitely made my day! Thank you :)“
“Great location right in the heart of Tribeca near the Canal St. Subway. Right across the street from Tribeca Park if you want to sit outside to enjoy your coffee and treat. The service was exceptional and the store was clean. There was plenty of seating inside.“
“Customer Service: 5Cleanliness: 4Location: 5Restroom is available for their customersWe stopped by this Starbucks location this afternoon, while we were visiting the Manhattan area. It was conveniently just around the corner from Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded but it could have been a little bit cleaner. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young man messed up my order and fixed a cold coffee, when I had ordered a hot coffee. Once I pointed out the mix up, the young man quickly corrected the issue.“
“Ho ho ho! ?I recently visited this Starbucks to try their festive Chestnut Praline Latte and it was surprisingly delicious. It wasn't too sweet whatsoever and it had a nice light "burnt" taste, which I loved. The service was also very good and I didn't have to wait too long.“
“Refreshing beverages...Caramel ribbon Frappuccino or one of the new or seasonal flavors along with a baked good...especially the warmed walnut banana bread...after a long day at work. Great atmosphere with interesting music being played in the background.Truly enjoy stopping in after work before heading home. Doesn't have a restroom. The service is great and quick.“
“The coffee at Starbucks is consistently good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere in their cafes is usually bustling and lively, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. However, prices can be on the higher side compared to other coffee shops, but the quality and convenience often make it worth it.“
“The 40th & Lex Starbucks morning crew has excellent customer service. I typically sit in here 2x a week & the team is always kind and welcoming- great at communication and positive. They greet everyone who walks in and are super cheerful when doling out drinks and food. It's a pleasure to sit and relax here. They work pretty efficiently, have pickup drinks on the bar pretty fast. I've only had one drink issue & the barista was quick to fix it. I'm definitely letting corporate know, because they deserve to be recognized! I've lived in NYC 7 years and I've never been in a more pleasant/kind/team oriented Starbucks in the city.“
“I have a love hate relationship with starbucks. I never really had a problem with them until covid hit and they started closing the bathrooms. The bathrooms would have a sign on them saying that they were out of service. Now I like to go to Starbucks to sit there and use my computer I never had a problem with anything until that. I pretty much stopped going because every time I went to a Starbucks the bathroom so close. How can you take and spend some money and sit there for 2 or 3 hours while you're spending money. And there be no bathrooms. So I stopped going. This particular Starbucks Not only was clean the folks were wonderful we are part of the SAG after strike so I got that has nothing to do with this but they let us use their bathrooms the bathrooms with clean they invites and and the Starbucks continues to do this and help everyone then I give them two thumbs up and I do mean to thumbs up when you have 200 300 400 500 people on strike they have to use the bathroom and not necessarily purchase anything and they invite to send God bless them with that said thank you very much continue to read like my reviews hit that like button and subscribe. You could also catch me on tick tock as Scuzback4 that's right have a great day bye.“
“On a hot day a cold drink is much needed. Kids wanted their Frappuccinos, they love the double chocolaty chip one. I ordered their drinks and I tried a new drink that they have.Thee iced pumpkin cream chai latte. I’m not really a fan of chai but it wasssssss good. Definitely recommend trying this drink lol. They were super organized as you can see in one of my pics, they were sweet & patient. Loved their decor & their music was popping. There were people there doing their work, not bothering anyone so that’s good. Definitely coming back to this Starbucks whenever I’m around.Parking: It’s a hectic street. Definitely NO parking.“
“These reviews are pathetic. I'm here almost daily and never had a bad experience. The only reason not daily is because I have to go to different Starbucks store depending on where I'm heading. Stephan is the nicest person ever. Always greets me and biggest smile on his face as he asks me how I'm doing. Everyone here is really nice never had a problem ever . If I showed my order history you'd see how often I'm there and I've never felt inclined to write a review like the garbage I've seen on here . If you've been to a store once on vacation how about you hold back that review“
“I'm writing specifically to compliment the barista working this morning (Precious according to the name tag). She was really hustling: moving as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible, and with a great attitude. She also announced each drink in a voice loud enough to be very easily heard over the music (imo often played too loud to easily hear your name at this Starbucks.)As she served up drinks, she enthusiastically wished everyone a great day, and seemed to mean it. It's nice to see someone doing their absolute best.Just make sure: This is store 62869“

“I am sadly disappointed at the 'revamp' Starbucks has gone through recently. The small tables dotted around feel lost and impersonal. It's not anyone's Third Place anymore, a role it used to fill so well. This is no longer a spot to gather with friends - it's a soul-less grab and go, and it is sad to see.Their one USP was their cosiness, there were always a couple of comfy chairs or a sofa, and the window bar was revolutionary in getting people to not simply get a coffee and sit staring down at it. You were encouraged to engage with the street outside, instead of disconnecting“
“After a day of shopping, I feel so tired. Coming here feels like a fairy tale world. The aroma of coffee wafts in the air☕️I am very recharged and love all their tea and coffee series. It's really enjoyable to sit here and take a rest.“
“Great location in Midtown Manhattan by the Lexington Train station. Always crowded and the baristas are very pleasant. Nice place to grab a coffee and watch people walk down 3rd Avenue. They have a bit longer than usual waiting with the hot drinks, but their drinks are very tasty.“
“A great Starbucks locationEven with a lot of people, they still manage to turn over orders fairly quickly. They also have a sign board with your name to see how far your drink is along with other people, however it is kind of hard to decipherdrinks came perfectly as expected and service talk by our orders was quick and efficientGreat job overall!“
“This is STARBUCKS!!!! THE Atmosphere from the Walkin was well provided here today! They made a special drink for her customers which was a brown sugar Boba cold foam with oatmilk BABY!!!!!!!! This was honestly the most cleanest Starbucks I visited ina long time. Amazing customer service for this rainy day.“
“I love this location. It has been a staple in this neighborhood for a very long time. I work in this neighborhood and I frequent this Starbucks at least 4x a week. The service is fast and great. The staff is friendly and they actively listen. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.“
“Yes...a Starbucks review. The same coffee and sandwiches and pastries as any other Starbucks. Good quality and consistency. But this review is written to single out the best crew ever. This branch is my regular Starbucks and I'm there a couple of times each week. From my first visit I was impressed by the friendliness and energy of the team. Over the past years that impression has grown to immense admiration. Every single barista is a total pro who looks forward to helping each customer. So Nicole, Kali, Josh, Kevin, Jenna, Lance, Mark and everyone else: many thanks and keep up the great work. Xo!“
“I genuinely love going to this Starbucks. The staff is so nice, and organized and they are quick to get orders out.Ari is the absolute best and always brightens my morning. He knows me by name and always greets me with a wave and a smile :)“
“I really like the Customer Service here to the point.I wanted to write this review and I don’t mind catching a Metro to be treated with respect and kindness.I have been a loyal customer for years to Starbucks. There and Jamaal kind attitude is greatly appreciated.“
“I came by here quite a few times since I worked nearby. This is your typical NYC grab-and-go Starbucks location, with typical Starbucks prices. The location sometimes gets pretty crowded and pretty hectic, especially since it handles a lot of customers from all the office buildings surrounding it. That being said, I think the staff does a really great job at being as efficient as possible, though they do miss a drink or two every once in a while. If you want less of a wait, I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead through the app and picking up later. There really isn't room to sit and chat with a friend, so if you're looking for a place to do that at, I might recommend looking elsewhere!“
“"Was roaming NYC and desperately needed a bathroom. Stumbled into Starbucks, not planning to buy anything, but The crew was super cool about it, no hassle to buy anything to use the restroom. Ended up grabbing a drink anyway, plus they threw in a spring coffee cup for free! ?☕️ Major kudos to this Starbucks for being so chill and friendly. #CityLifeSavior #StarbucksKindness #UnexpectedJoy #ReviewAroundWorld“
