Clean, staff is polite and efficient. Quite a few tables and chairs available but not a warm atmosphere. It is more of a pared down order and go type Starbucks. There is a bathroom but I did not view.
Yay! I ordered a chestnut praline latte and they made it perfectly This has been my holiday drink and I'm so glad the baristas here (unlock other nyc locations) make it five stars. Worth it. Fast, good service. Plenty of seating. Highly recommend

REALLY appreciated the small world I created for myself, in the back, against the wall, no one bothering me. I sit and read, enjoy coffee and food.
