I ordered a croissant with bacon, for the same money they sold me a croissant without anything inside, without warning me. When I asked why, they said they no longer had bacon. the mood is ruined.

It's coffee, they do it well, shame about all the other things they don't do well like labor relations. Oh well you can't check all the boxes
REALLY appreciated the small world I created for myself, in the back, against the wall, no one bothering me. I sit and read, enjoy coffee and food. Totally got lost in my book.I could look up and see people rushing to and from, at 10am, while awaiting a doctor's appointment around the corner. They don't have condiments out. You have to request the amounts of sugar packets and milk. I guess the homeless took advantage.I had to clean my table. I could have asked a worker, but I could just as easily clean myself, because I carry enough sanitizer and was given enough napkins. I didn't mind helping out.I could picture myself sitting there for hours - long after the food and coffee had been digested. However, I just couldn't do that to incoming customers. Very tempting though ?.I'll be sure to include this location when awaiting an appointment.PLEASE TIP! No! I know not one soul that works with/for Starbucks, but about 100 years ago, I worked as a waitress. Times have gotten harder, and the staff were all nice.
Clean, staff is polite and efficient. Quite a few tables and chairs available but not a warm atmosphere. It is more of a pared down order and go type Starbucks. There is a bathroom but I did not view.

Waited 10min patiently for a mobile order before anyone asked what I was waiting for. Then handed me the sandwich without even looking at me and apologizing. Please get these people trained and more help. Two people for morning rush makes no

They spent so much time and money expanding this store, but decided to skimp on basic customer service. I waited patiently for 10 minutes for a mobile order (a grande dark roast coffee, cream & splenda - not a hard order). It was pretty quiet and nobody even questioned me standing there waiting. I finally ask about it, and the barista basically said it wasn't his problem because it was just a cup of coffee. The three people at the register just looked, saw the empty cup (with mobile order sticker on it) next to the coffee, and announced that it was never filled. They proceeded to put the cup back down and do something else. I ask again, and one gentleman starts filling the order, grabs the cream, the splenda and then decides to tell me that they're out of dark roast. Out of frustration, I ask for a refund. He instead offers a larger cup. I raised my voice and explained that would have been fine 15 minutes ago, but now I've waited this whole time, I just want a refund. The manager then tries to explain that everything happened because they were training some girl that was also at the register. She wasn't even involved in any of this. Although it does seem on par that they are training her on how to ignore orders and be rude to customers.
