Okay I rarely take the time to leave a Starbucks review (I don't know why this is, maybe I should do it more often), but I had to come here and write a POSITIVE review for the service here. I interacted with FOUR different employees here and they were all so warm, kind and made me feel welcome. Okay, as someone who hasn't lived in NYC very long but has had to adapt to the impersonal ways of this city...it surprised me. I bought two coffees and they were about to close. I wanted two banana nuggets and the staff started cleaning where they were with chemicals. They made fun of my accent since I'm Latin. The manager noticed and came out to talk to me in Spanish and explained to me what they were going to do. What was wrong was someone else, not the ones at the counter, I think it was terrible service from the staff.
