“The people that work there are so nice, madensure lids were tight in drinks and friendly. I went thru drive-thru with my dog today and they were super nice. Offered my dog a Pup cup and were very nice. Sometimes...a nice cashier just makes your day better!“
“I visited this particular Starbucks location on 7/13/23. I placed my order as usual which was a grande iced macchiato with oat-milk and a grande frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade. It was quite quite busy, but I noticed a certain barista named Yunior was working quickly and very swiftly. Therefore, I got my drinks within a few moments, but was a little disgruntled when he served me my drinks. Instead of an iced macchiato I received a hot one instead. I pointed this out to the employee and he showed me the label didn’t specify that the drink was supposed to be iced. I’m assuming the barista who took my order didn’t put that I wanted it iced. So, Yunior sincerely apologized for the mix up and although it was a little busy at the time he didn’t hesitate to expedite making my drink; Which I truly appreciated! As he handed me my correctly made drink he also offered for me to keep the other hot drink as well so it wouldn’t go to waste! I was amazed by his sincere hospitality and speed when it came to making the drinks.“
“It's hard for me to gauge how good a coffee shop is simply because I'm just not a huge consumer of fancy coffee shop coffee drinks. What I can't say is that I have stopped in multiple times while staying at the Hilton, and each time I have been able to get a relatively simple coffee and something to snack on without a lot of effort and without having to stand in long lines. I have gotten something to eat each time that I have visited. The sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin was fantastic. The breakfast wrap was "meh" thanks to a combination of being overheated to the point of the wrap being burnt and the interior ingredients not being properly distributed hiomogeniously. The one food item that was completely disappointing was the lemon pound cake simply because it was stale and almost inedible. That said, as long as the Hilton keeps giving me daily food credits, I will keep stopping in.“
