“We did an overnight visit to the American Dream Mall this week. on Tuesday night we were looking for a restaurant to get takeout when we came upon Annabella's. What a lucky find. Her food is amazing. My daughter had the eggplant, pepper and mozzarella sandwich. Not only was it delicious, but so big she had enough for a second meal. I ordered chicken noodle soup with real chicken pieces, and tons of noodles. Her Italian egg roll was the best egg roll I've ever eaten. A perfect blend of shredded cabbage, peppers and mozzarella. My grandson was impressed that the chicken fingers were real chicken. For dessert, we ordered two glass champagne flutes with ice cream. Sadly one of the flutes broke as we were washing it to take home. My grandson is still talking about the fish that he saw stuck in the fish tank's housing. Annabellla immediately came and pulled it out then moved the little house. She thanked my grandson profusely, saying the fish probably would have died overnight. I'm just sad we don't live closer. That egg roll was epic.”

“These were the best pretzels I ever had in my entire life. It was 3pm, past lunch hour, and the pretzels were fresh and warm. Never in my life have I experienced pretzels with such passion. The perfect balance of an outside crunchy crust combined with the perfect doughy texture inside, perfectly salted, just beautiful. I ordered the pizza bites and a classic salted pretzel, and ate all of it in ten minutes max. I did pay $16 for these two items, and I am in fact dirt poor, but it was worth it. The staff was kind, cracking jokes with me, and it made me feel like I was ordering gourmet pretzels in Germany, home of the pretzels. I will be thinking about these pretzels for the rest of my days. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the magnificent beauties, but believe me when I say it tasted like heaven.”

“Took the whole family to celebrate my father-in-laws favorite place to get hotdogs. The service was excellent. Our waitress took care of all our need and the bartender came out from behind the bar to take our picture at the end of the meal. The hotdogs are excellent and twelve of us ate for $150.00 including tip. Can't beat that these days.”

“GERMAN DONER KEBAB - AN ENLIGHTENMENT If you're from Berlin, it feels like there's a kebab store on every other corner. So I can recognize and judge a kebab when I see it. Even just leaving Berlin and Brandenburg, the kebab experience changes within Germany. The further you get away from Berlin, the worse the kebabs get. Some time ago in New York, I discovered one or two places trying to make a kebab. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a proper kebab in New York, despite the name kebab. What was being sold was called a kebab, but had very little to do with a kebab and tasted even less like a kebab. All the more enlightenment then... the recommendation of a friend living in Brooklyn. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. And then the first kebab there since 2018 here in New York. I can't even describe how happy I was. It looked like a kebab, it tasted like a kebab and came pretty close to a kebab from Berlin. Really well made. Incl. tax 12.51 dollars is a bit steep, but still good value for New York. The portion was good and filling. Everything is really fresh and well seasoned. The bread was just as it should be, thin and crispy. This was pretty much the best kebab I've had in a very, very long time (with the exception of one visit to Berlin). I will definitely go back there again. GERMAN DONER KEBAB - EINE ERLEUCHTUNG Wenn man aus Berlin kommt, hat man gefühlt an jeder zweiten Ecke einen Dönerladen. Ich kann also einen Döner erkennen und beurteilen, wenn ich ihn sehe. Allein schon Berlin und Brandenburg verlassend wird das mit dem Döner innerhalb von Deutschland anders. Je weiter man sich von Berlin entfernt, desto schlechter werden die Döner. In New York entdeckte ich schon vor einiger Zeit den einen oder anderen Anbieter mit dem Versuch, einen Döner zu machen. Bisher konnte ich leider in New York trotz Bezeichnung Döner keinen ordentlichen Döner entdecken. Das was da verkauft wurde, heißt zwar Döner, hatte mit Döner aber recht wenig zu tun und schmeckte noch viel weniger nach einem Döner. Um so mehr dann die Erleuchtung... die Empfehlung eines Freundes in Brooklyn lebend. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. Und dort dann der erste Döner seit 2018 hier in New York. Ich kann gar nicht beschreiben, wie sehr ich mich gefreut hatte. Es sah aus wie ein Döner, es schmeckte wie ein Döner und kam schon recht nah an einen Döner aus Berlin heran. Richtig gut gemacht. Incl. Tax 12,51 Dollar ist zwar sportlich, aber für New York wiederum preiswert. Die Portion ordentlich und sättigend. Wirklich alles frisch und gut gewürzt. Das Brot genau so wie es sein muss, dünn und knusprig. Also das war seit sehr sehr langer Zeit so ziemlich der beste Döner (mit Ausnahme einem Besuch in Berlin), den ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. “Amazing food here! ? while going to the American Dream mall and wanted to eat Korean food. We found this gem! The MUST TRY dish is the SEAFOOD PANCAKE! It's so delicious, crispy, and tasty! This is the best haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) I have never had in NJ. I could never make so crispy pancake at home! Their spicy squid on rice in a hot stone pot was so yummy! I hope this restaurant is closer to where I live!

Mostly ice-smoothie (mango pineapple I believe) 1.5/5 my nephews wouldn’t drink this one. Tasted super watered down and again, mostly ice.Final verdict. GET THE BIRRIA FRIES. Worth every penny. I’m going to try the birria pizza the next time we go. Customer service was excellent the last two times I went btw. First time, it was lacking, but the girl was very young.”
