I got the Honey Lavender Matcha Latte and it was really good!! I’ve never had macha before so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it made a great first impression! The lady in front of me was deaf and having a very hard time ordering but the two ladies working handled it very well! I definitely want to come back and try their coffee and probably a dessert!
I came here to grab a coffee, knowing their closing time is listed as 9 PM. I arrived at 8 PM, but the staff refused to serve me, saying they were “about to close,” which doesn’t make sense given there was still an hour left. The workers were very unprofessional, rude, and had a clear attitude when speaking to me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what I expected.
Poorly-made drink and poorly serviced. It took a good minute for the employee to bring her head up from looking at her phone to see there was a customer in front of her. In addition, the menu is misleading. Not all lattes include espresso (weird), but either way, needs to be clarified on the menu. Ended up having to go back to the cashier to pay for a shot of espresso and the male employee didn’t even bother giving me a fresh espresso, instead gave me an old one. This place...read full review
