Executive Director took great care of us! They were closed due to the weather so we went in the next day before the attractions opened to see what we could do about our tickets! Never being here before we were looking for the customer support booth- as soon as he saw us looking a little “lost” he asked if he could help us with anything. My friend brought me here for my birthday and the food was genuinely amazing. The service from the front of house staff was laughable as was our table placement. The chef was fun and saved the experience but the hostesses need better training.
We had a great time celebrating a family birthday here. Our waiter, Jeremy, was very friendly, attentive and made our first experience here great. The chef was also great (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name) and so sweet with the kids at the table. Food was tasty and the price was good!! 😋
