Curiosity brought my interest to a chai latte (which I never had prior) Blaize gave me a sample. I liked it so I bought one. I asked what was in it and he happily discussed it with me. His customer service is top notch. I appreciated how friendly he made my visit.“
“Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious- don't feel on top of one another.Parking: It's a very busy area easily accessible by public transportation: subway/train & several busses. Street meter parking is available but not easy to find between 8/9am - 6/7pm.. there's a parking garage but not sure it's worth it. Best suggestion if you're driving - visiting this location just to grab and go - is to order ahead (mobile order) that way you can quickly run in & out.Kid-friendliness: I'd say it's the same as any other Starbucks location. “Why doesn't this Starbucks location have more positive reviews?? All off the staff members here never take "long" to make my drink orders. I've never received a wrong order, not even a badly crafted drink!! Iced shaken espresso with oat-milk and vanilla sweet cold foam is what I order, and they never disappoint. Cool place to chat or do some work because they ALMOST always have a chair/table to sit. If I were to say what could be improved a slight bit is the counter top/ bar area. It deserves more appreciation and an upgrade to the surface or perhaps the furniture would make a nice difference. 10/10. Place makes me think about going back for another coffee in the middle of the day.“

Visiting many stores across the 5 boroughs though, I’ve noticed the customer service go downhill. Employees lack customer service. I have just accepted it that this is the new age. Today I had a different experience. Therefore, I am compelled to write this review. Today I encountered an employee named Sophie who took my order at the register. “I definitely agree with an earlier review that the staff lacks energy but I have seen worst. This Starbucks is tucked away on the top floor of the Target in this small mall. I just got a regular ice coffee and the order was made just as I wanted. There are also some seats in the corner to sit at and relax peacefully!“

“The girls working behind the counter were doing amazing today! They were swamped busy between mobile and in store orders - we’re talking waiting in line for 20 min+ and a 25 min wait for food. I witnessed multiple angry customers. Despite these circumstances, I never saw any of the staff lose their cool. They remained calm, polite, and on top of their game.
